Pharmacy is awful. Constantly making mistakes and zero accountability. Rude and unable to fix basic issues with their own system

I paid almost 7 dollars for deoderant that costs 4.47 at Walmart. I bought A diet Coke for 2.98 that costs half the price at TJX stores. price gouging at a store that has over 9100 locations while the other companies have half

I have never experienced such incompetence and rudeness as I have at this CVS Pharmacy. Every time I try to fill a prescription, there's always an issue. Despite receiving messages claiming my prescription is ready, it never is.
The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, both in person and over the phone. Their customer service is abysmal, and they seem more interested in dismissing customers than actually assisting them. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this CVS location at all costs.

So many problems with this CVS. First of all, the self checkout is terrible. Half of them don’t work, and it takes a while for somebody to come help you if you inevitably can’t get the self check out to work. The pharmacy is even worse. They somehow entered my birthday wrong, and they have no way to fix it. So every time I try to pick up a prescription, they insist that I don’t exist in the system because my birthday is wrong. No apologies for this error on their part. If you try calling this pharmacy, expect to be on hold for at least half an hour. My husband doesn’t even use them anymore because they will tell you the prescription is filled, he will go over and wait in line, and they won’t have it ready. Overall, very disappointing.

This is an extremely dishonest location. Recently, there was a cyber attack which prevented millions of people from filling their prescriptions at their chosen pharmacies. However, I was able to fill my prescription at CVS but the cost was 200% greater.
I don’t know why other pharmacies are still not able to use the prescription but somehow CVS has a back channel to fill prescriptions at exorbitant prices. I’m not trying to smear the company I’m just stating that the cost of taking care of myself is twice what it is one compared to a competitor like Star Market.
Additionally, I tried calling and asking for the reason for the price hike and they told me they had nothing to do with it even though they are the only ones right now who are able to dispense medication‘s
Additionally, I have had other problems with this specific location. They have been unable to fill my prescriptions that provide relief for my muscles and they are very rude over the phone.

GO. ANYWHERE. ELSE. this is the WORST, most incompetent, rudest, and completely ignorant pharmacy i have ever been to in my life. they screw up regularly and make you feel like it's your fault.the only reason this place still has customers is because it has a drive through. my partner came down with covid and he filled paxlovid at that pharmacy only because it had a drive through. what happened when he went to pick it up? THEY TOLD HIM TO COME INTO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP. he was dumbfounded. he had to explain to them that he wasn't going in the store BECAUSE HE HAD COVID. after an argument they reluctantly gave it to him through the drive through. but seriously? endangering the welfare of others? come on CVS.nothing is ever ready when you get the annoying 8am phone call telling you it is ready. OH AND GOOD LUCK GETTING OFF OF THAT PHONE CALL LIST. took me about a year of trying.i dread having to go here to get anything - i have moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and i encourage everyone i know to do the same. it's probably less stressful to get your meds on the street and risk ODing from fentanyl. (do street dealers sell antibiotics and prescription rosacea shampoos?)

Robert (pharmacy tech trainee) huffed and puffed when I informed him they had the wrong insurance. He began swearing underneath his breath at me.

Having bad symptoms because the rude guy behind the counter doesn't know how to refill scripts. I had to go home and do his job for him.Turns out they were not refilling scripts because they are actually out of medication and they are just lying to customers to get them to leave.

Routinely don't fill prescriptions until you actually show up to pick them up. Additionally, very rude pharmacy staff every time I check out.
