Both of my printers were out-of-commission—one because of a badly jammed ink cartridge and the other because of a communication problem with my computer. Meti (the owner and expert repair magician) diagnosed and fixed both problems quickly and effectively and at a very reasonable cost. I give him my very highest rating!
