Both of my printers were out-of-commission—one because of a badly jammed ink cartridge and the other because of a communication problem with my computer. Meti (the owner and expert repair magician) diagnosed and fixed both problems quickly and effectively and at a very reasonable cost. I give him my very highest rating!

These guys really know what they are doing and are terrific to do business with. They fixed my old fax over the phone! Great customer service!
