Due to a family emergency they were able to reschedule my service date and the communication with both Carla and Shaun the owner was exceptional. On the day of my appointment Shaun was early, waiting for my arrival and ready to do the install. It was was clear to me that he takes a lot of pride in the quality of his replacements and I'm so glad I didn't go to the national chain replacement shop my insurance company sends people to save $ at the consumer's expense. “Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. Google search, great reviews, and I ended up here. Small company, great workmanship and the office even gave me their cell phone so we could text. I have ZERO complaints. When my glass goes again I already have their number in my phone.”

“Normally do not write reviews but George & Ken’s is the PLACE to go if you have damage to your Tesla/car. The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. Went there today with some paint damage on my new Model 3. They were able to complete a repair onsite and only had to wait 15/20 mins for the paint to dry. Will absolutely be going back for any future repairs. Huge thank you to the staff and highly recommend!”
“I had my glass replaced here 3 or so years ago and it was such a seamless experience. The glass looked pristine and the process was simple. They replaced all the stickers that were on the glass and everything looked flawless.
A minuscule pebble recently hit my windshield when driving on a local interstate and my mechanic let me know I wouldn’t pass my state inspection that is quickly approaching. I found this business starred in my Google Maps and called them up to get it replaced again years later.
Working with Steven is such a delight. I gave the business a call and he let me know everything I need to do to prepare for the replacement. I sent him my registration and gave him the make and model for my vehicle and he’s setting up the insurance claim and ordering the glass. We have an appointment scheduled for my next replacement!

“I couldn’t get my car inspected because my tint was too dark. The took off the tint I had on so I could pass inspection and set me up with legal tint. Excellent service, fantastic price and really professional staff. Definitely coming back for any audio or tint needs.”
“My auto mechanic recommended this shop to have my windshield replaced and I see why. This is a family-owned business and every aspect of my experience was outstanding. There was a question as to whether it could be repaired or required replacement in order to pass inspection and they explained that while technically it would pass with just a repair there was a high probability that it would "spider" and crack again definitely requiring replacement. They said it would take between 3 and 4 hours and that was exactly what it took. The shop also replaces and repairs any glass, not just automobiles; windows, mirrors, etc. I highly recommend it.”

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”
“I’ve come here a few times now, most recently to get my AC fixed and to have a pinion seal replaced. The workers are nice and honest, and the prices are quite good, comparatively. They quoted me $82 for an oil change that Firestone charged me $107 for.”

“Amazing! We had a car broken into and the driver’s side window was shattered. We called at 8:45am he ordered the glass and had the car back at 2. They even were so nice as to clean up the rest of the shattered glass inside the vehicle. He also charged a very fair price. I hope we don’t need glass again but if we do we will be back.”

All the staff are friendly, honest, hard working and great at diagnosing and fixing cars. They will offer economical repair solutions when possible and will also advise you if repairs are unnecessary. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else!”
“Had a great experience - my insurance scheduled with them automatically so I was not sure what to expect. I had to get my driver side glass replaced so it was about an hour worth of work. Waited about that time which was expected and they were very friendly. I have a ford car so it may be that it's a more common car (I see some reviews where people say they did not have a replacement needed) but at least for me the appointment was set up within 48 hours and now I am all set.”

I'm sure there are always some hiccups but for me they were extremely helpful, patient in answering questions, took care of everything wonderfully, and provided all the info I needed. Very easy to schedule and windshield replacement was complete in an hour.”
