The ATM machine is broken, and has been for around 6 months.
Most machines work (18 washers & 20 dryers) some are broken.
Mediocre laundromat. It is pretty dirty but also very busy.

This place is absolutely infuriating. 75% of the machines don't work. Two of the machines that did work stopped mid cycle and would not drain thus forcing me to take soaking wet clothes out of the machine and switch to another washer, for another $7.00. I cannot even begin to explain how frustrating this place is. There is no help, nobody on site and not answering the posted phone number to call for help. Do not come here. I will never be back. Less than 0 stars.

It was my first time going here and I will never go back. Their ATM machine was broken. Considering all their machines are coin operated, you would think they’d have a working ATM. Completely ruined my Saturday, such a waste of time. Also get with the times and stop using coin operated machines. Plus I noticed a bunch of their machines were out of order. Clearly no one cares about maintaining this place.

Very friendly woman on staff greeted me at the entrance. I was able to get my comforter washed in their triple load washer. Easy instructions to follow on the machine.

This place is awful. The floor is in terrible shape, space is tight so you can barely get around with another person there, many of the machines are out of order, and there is nobody working when help is needed. I washed a few small rugs. The washer leaked and didn't spin the items. I had to spend another $3.50 at another machine to rewash and spin. If you can, go somewhere else.

I went there 2 weeks ago and tried to use the change machine, I put a $20 in but no change came out neither did my $20 bill. Plus there is no number to call a person to come out only a number for emergency.

Change machines both broken. All washers full of completed loads. No one on site. Sunday afternoon... Had to go somewhere else

Solid. Not big. And yes, sometimes there are broken machines. But the owner works very hard to accommodate everyone and is very nice. Plenty of parking too, which is helpful.

Staff was helpful and pleasant, machines worked very efficiently, comfortable places to sit, parking right in front so it’s easy to bring large loads to your car, convenient location, clean!

The lady working was extremely helpful and very friendly. I came in to wash a comforter with my toddler on my hip and she even helped me load the blanket and soap, and helped me transfer to the dryer when it was clean. Above and beyond, it made my morning!
