Just a little over a year ago, I decided to sign up for a year’s membership at Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi in Arlington. I am now embarked upon my second year because these meridian-based practices are bringing a deeper and deeper awakening to my body, brain and psyche. I remain fascinated by the healing benefits of moving energy within the body. I feel like I am gradually shedding layers and layers of stagnant energy laid down by many years of sedentary habits. The masters teaching classes embody the benefits of the work, are so friendly, kind and humorous and make the center a very welcoming place to return to again and again.

Joining Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi has been life changing. Their practices are transformative and regenerative. The atmosphere is loving and gentle. I greatly appreciate the sense of community they foster.

Come to Arlington Body & Brainyoga center and find Nature fromthe inside out.As a licensed mental health counselor, I have experienced extensive training in a variety of counseling techniques. My past experiences have opened me up to numerous theories all of which have been invaluable to me. It is Body and Brain Yoga, however, that really challenged me to go beyond my thoughts and into my body. It wasn't long before I realized that my challenge was no longer understanding concepts or being involved in physical activity. Through brain education, I began to understand the importance of such simple yet complex human movements as breathing, tapping, stretching, centering, letting go of thoughts and focusing energy inward ... helping to keep me connected with my inner self and maintain balance.Through the instruction of a highlyprofessional and committed staff and most recently the instruction of Chun and Luke at Arlington Center , my physical strength , emotional balance,mental clarity and energy have deepened as i enter my “ senior” years. I now teach senior citizens body & brain yoga as I choose to share my “ sense of truewell being with others”I wish everyone at any age that“ sense of well being.”Dyhanna Noble

I truly recommend it for anyone who is a serious seeker of balancing the body, mind, and heart.

I am very pleased with MASTER ChunShim and Master Luke. I enjoy very much their classes there is always something new to learn every time. Classes are informative & great for body brain and soul. I thank them for their continuous innovation and dedication. I want to add also the importance of education I get about how my body functions.I don’t want to forget Master Cho and Master Erin they were great I wish them the best. ?Many thanks.Mervat

Thanks God that a year ago I found this place. After a year I found out that I am absolutely different person. I am 73 years old. I stopped feeling dizzy, improved my balance and life has changed. Thank you all teachers. They help so much.

Great place and awesome people. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Both Master Cho and Erin are very patient with me and my teen autistic son. They easily accommodate for our disabilities and are patient and kind.

I love the classes and the exercises here. The instructors are so sincere, warm and skillful to guide us through the classes. Each class gives you a different vibe but all wonderful to bring you to relaxation and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I’ve been involved in Pilates and other yoga practices, but this one is extraordinary. The availability of both attending in person and online is so generous. The instructor, Cho, teaches as we go and catches moves to correct. He is so pleasant, patient, and creative. It never gets boring! It’s never “easy”, but always effective for tension, relaxation, and improving my body’s ability to move! Past limitations are being corrected and it makes a significant difference in my life and overall health. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of instruction and practice as a whole.

I was a member of (Dahn yoga) for three years many years ago and absolutely loved it. My work/home life prevented me from continuing. My schedule has since changed and this past summer I remembered my wonderful experience with the practice so I rejoined Body& Brain, and I have to say, I'm enjoying it even more this time around. Master Cho is inviting, kind and each and every class is different. Not only are the classes different each time, we now have the benefit of added classes and instructors because of zoom. I never miss a class unless I am working. I love the different styles each of them bring to the class. I'm fully committed in my quest for better health and am determined to remain in this practice for years to come as I've already noticed a big change, mentally and physically. I can't recommend it enough. Do not hesitate, you will not regret it!

Amazing yoga that's not just yoga but an extremely helpful lifestyle management system. I've been going here for 10+ years. I originally went for the physical yoga experience and got SO much more. It's been a transformative, life changing experience that has helped manage body, brain, life, stress, thoughts, relationships and work. The tools are invaluable. The staff are all very pleasant, dedicated, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was a member years ago of the Body & Brain Arlington years ago, and had to stop because of my busy work and home life. I recently made the best decision I’ve made in a long time to return to the center to resume my practice. I can’t say enough about Masters Cho and Elise. Their classes are always slightly different so things never get stuck in routine. I leave feeling energized and truly grateful. The zoom classes have been wonderful as well. Very convenient and so easy to join. I have made a commitment to better health, both physically and mentally and this center and staff is exactly what I needed to get me there. Ty!!!!

I like how we are given the option to attend the classes either online or in person. Makes it easier to be able to attend classes during those times when attending online makes sense. The sessions are always fun, as the instructors vary the workouts that really work the body and brain. Try some classes to see for yourselves.

This class has benefitted me tremendously both physically and mentally. It has improved my core strength. I have become calmer and less reactive. The instructors are all amazing. I have been part of the Arlington community for almost 2 yrs now. Recommend it if you are looking for a lifestyle improvement.
