One of my cats is super aggressive and gets turned away at vets but the vets here did a great job at handling her with care and made us feel supported. They were able to give her vaccines and bloodwork while allowing me to distract her.

Dr. Avery is fabulous and I trust him with any and all of my reptiles. He very clearly cares a lot about his patients, is great at explaining all of the care options for any issue, and is great at collaborating and strategizing around best course of action. 10000/10, would highly recommend. Finding excellent exotics care can be like searching for a diamond in the rough, and Dr. Avery is truly a gem!

I had to put my hospice cat down that I adopted last summer and while I knew we only had a short time together, the process of losing her was incredibly heart breaking. Yet, from the front office staff comforting my weepy phone calls to Dr. Rogers talking me through every possible option (through exploring for more answers, discussing quality of life evaluations and how to proceed, and or how to simply keep my pet comfortable , and or all of the above) I always felt like the team was very supportive and kind to me during such highly emotional states that I was in. I am incredibly grateful that they took such great care of my sweet adopted baby and I have no regrets of taking her here and plan to continue to take my pets here moving forward. Thank you Dr. Rogers and to the rest of your team who listen to my concerns, help schedule appts, return my calls immediately, and more. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We have used Arlington Animal Clinic for our pets (cats and dogs) for more than 20 years. The care there is top-notch and reasonably priced. They capably handle routine care through kitty dental surgery. The vets are fantastic and willing to take their time. The staff is efficient and personable. Great care.

A friendly vet with caring, attentive staff! Our dog is very fearful and they were extremely patient with her and made it as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances. We saw Dr. Bittner and she was willing to answer any and all questions we had. Would highly recommend this vet clinic!

I brought my Chesapeake Bay Retriever to this practice (yes, the one in Arlington, MA, despite the response from the owner) due to a growth on her elbow, which I was concerned might be some kind of skin cancer, and a suspected UTI. Not only were we not seen in a timely fashion, the veterinarian I saw completely ignored my concerns, refused to run any tests, and instead spent our entire time there berating me for choosing to not spay my dog, despite my repeatedly stating that this was neither up for discussion nor the reason why we were there.
For that, I was charged a steep fee and made to waste most of an afternoon. I took my dog to a PetSmart, and received both better customer service and better quality of care. The delay in treatment, as it took some weeks to get an appointment both here and at another practice, also resulted in the growth (thankfully a benign cyst) being nearly twice the size it was at the time of our visit here when it was finally removed.
Please don’t bring your pets to this place. Not only will you be wasting your time and money, but you’ll also be putting your pet’s health at risk.
