1) customer service was good.
2) SMS notifications when it’s ready for pickup - good.
3) requested for creases. When I received the pants and got home, they were not creased.
4) I requested for my pants to be dry cleaned, and my pants smell like regular cloth detergent as if it was washed in a regular washer machine.
5) I needed them for the next day due to a trip and was too late to file a complaint.
6) $15 for pants, I hope they were dry cleaned and creased.
Anton’s - if you are seeing this, I don’t need a refund. Just giving you a public FYI.

I can say that Anton's did a very good job of storing my winter heavy clothes and blankets over the summer, protecting them from moths left and right, and returned them in clean good shape to me for my happy use during this coming winter!
