Accidents can be so stressful. Everything about my experience was so easy and stress free, thanks to Alpha Collision. The owner takes such pride in his work. They really go above and beyond here. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done. My new Rav4 looks perfect like nothing ever happened to it. I've been a customer here several times. Professionalism, honesty, superior work and customer service is something you will always have at alpha collision.

This is the second time I've gone with Alpha Collision for body work. The owner is very friendly, fair, and takes pride in his work. Alpha Collision did an excellent job both times and is always willing to negotiate to a fair price. I recently fixed numerous dents on my car and side panel damage. Not only did they do great work, but they also detailed the car, cleaned, waxed, and buffed it. Look no further if you want an honest business that puts their customers first and takes pride in what they do.

Had recently work done on 2023 Hyundai Palisade which was damaged on a parking lot. Alpha Collision did a fantastic job with repairs - the vehicle is just like new, and the job was done with high quality and fairly quickly. Very happy with the outcome, and would like to highly recommend this shop.

My car had significant damage, and they did a beautiful job repairing it. They were very kind and helpful and went the extra mile to advocate with my insurance company and get things done right. Went the extra mile and also helped me out with a fix to an issue insurance wouldn't cover. I hope I don't have to, but I would absolutely return if I had another collision.

Very happy with the repair of the real bad dents to the rear side of our van. The cost was very reasonable and the repaint was like new. The shop owner is friendly and professional.

Not a good experience with my Audi for a rear dent after someone backed into me. Told work would take 3 weeks took 6. Some over spray, rough paint, was a little sloppy in places. When I finally got the car back blind spot monitoring was broken during the repair and the rear window was installed incorrectly leading to defroster and AM radio not working. Nothing good to say about this shop. Trying to get the car fixed on my own can’t deal with Alpha again.

Brought my Audi to Alpha over the summer based on the good reviews here to repair a dent after someone backed into me. Unfortunately, turned into quite the saga with Alpha. Told 3 weeks, turned out to be 6 weeks. Upon finally getting the car back noticed some sloppy overspray and a couple of other issues but didn't care. Sloppy but nothing major. Then, noticed the blind spot monitoring was not working. They said they would reach out to a dealer and call me back to get it fixed. Week goes by no call. Reminded them again and got it to a dealer. They needed to replace all sensors that were damaged during the repair, because it worked when I dropped it off. Ok, I let that go too, ultimately now after a total of 7 weeks had my car back and read that blind spot monitoring can be sensitive. However, the last straw was this week noticed the rear defroster is not working. Yep, Alpha again. Had a reputable glass company look at it and the glass was reinstalled improperly at Alpha. This also caused the AM radio to malfunction, but I never listen to AM so never noticed it. Could not bear the thought of going back to alpha ever again in my life, so paid Titan Auto Glass to fix it. Who are wonderful by the way.

Excellent service and pricing. My Pilot’19 was hit by another car and had lifted my car on impact. The external damage was luckily not too bad, but with all the technology inside the vehicle the owner (Arkadi) made sure to go over all the possible issues inside as well. Insurance of the other party agreed completely with his quote and the process was smooth. Pleasant and frequent communication helped with the overall experience. Repair done in a timely manner and I’m back driving my Pilot who looks like brand new.

This place was phenomenal. It was my first time having to use an auto body shop after getting rear ended by another driver. They made it easy- helping me with a rental car, keeping me updated, dealing with my insurance company and gave me rides to my rental car.

Arcady is very friendly and takes Time to address concerns and answer questions. My Acura MDX only needed a bumper repair and he used OEM parts even though insurance was paying for aftermarket. He had quick turnaround and gave me a fair price. No shyster extra forms to sign with no after the fact add ons you find elsewhere. Fast turnaround. Another place had me out 2 weeks for same job.

I was trying to leave Alpha's premises today, but one of their employees had completely blocked the back driveway with his truck . I pulled up to ask him if I could get by and (for some reason that's still unclear to me) he unleashed a torrent of insults and curses and refused to move his truck. I would write what he said, but it was completely gross and insulting and out of nowhere. Eventually, I had to slowly creep by, being careful not to accidentally take off one of my mirrors due to how he parked. While I did this, he stood by and continued lobbing obscenities.It was a large older man with wild black and gray hair. I would strongly advise customers not to approach or talk to him or do business with a company that would hire an abusive employee like this.

The owner and staff are courteous, professional, meticulous, caring, and very honest. I’m so grateful for their excellent, prompt service. They didn’t need the estimated time for the repair. Fortunately, I also highly recommended them to my neighbor, who had received a much higher estimate elsewhere and was also very pleased with Alpha’s excellent service. I was very happy because I paid for her repair and the price was excellent. Our friend recommended Alpha. We’re so glad we know about this excellent auto body shop and highly endorse their work. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. We won’t go anywhere else if our cars need body work.
