This is an amazing hardware store. It has a lot and a little bit of everything. Great prices and excellent customer service. Super helpful end they will go out of their way to help someone with anything. Also the workers are all very knowledgeable in all areas . Definitely recommend.

Great family owned business in Arlington, Mass.This is my go to store for local hardware. They have a large inventory on hand and are very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Good local hardware store. Has everything I ever need and people there are always around to help. Parking can be a pain on weekends but otherwise my go to place for lawn care and tools

It's my neighborhood hardware store so I know where everything is and it's convenient for me the only thing is that it doesn't sell lumber or really big items like 40 ft ladders ,..that do things like screen doors ,ect...

I really enjoy writing positive reviews and this one comes with extra pleasure!On Thursday 10/28/21 I picked up a Ego Power Station. We had been without power for more than a day and power restoration was not expected any time soon.The store could have fufulled thier obligation and let me go, but instead they went WAY beyond what was needed. John offered to charge up the batteries so I wouldn't have to figure that out without power. I didn't ask, he just offered.Next he took the time to explain the unit to me and make sure I had every chance for success. He also gave solid advise and helped set important expectations (which I already understand from research). He was spot on with his advice. I'm sure less savvy users would have really appreciated it.I interact with a lot of people all over the world. It's rare when you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing world class service. I believe John is exceptional in this regard.Thank you John and the Arlington ACE hardware team! I tried ...I tried to think that I'm going to save money. By going to those other places and seeing the men in Orange.. but no Ace is the PLACE! It's just different. they smell like a hardware store should smell... Like sawdust and bolts... even through the mask; it's permeates the air around you. you can feel the richness, professionalism, and helpfulness..not to mention they have every single whowhat and doodad that you could ever possibly need and it would be made in America or stuff usually very high quality. and you know what? they're at prices are a few cents extra, but because it is worth it to have the right people .there true knowledge and are able to help the do-it-yourselfer find the confidence they need to complete the job right the first time.
