This is our family’s go to spot for dry cleaning and alterations. In particular, we have had a ton of pants hemmed over the years. They are always super friendly and fast. Finding parking can sometimes require a short walk. I usually end up on the cross street (Mt Vernon) or up Mass Ave a bit. I also try to remember to bring cash when it’s not a big order as it’s clearly appreciated.

Kim at Ace has tailored 2 articles of clothing for me now, she hemmed a jumpsuit and took in the waist of a pair of motorcycle jeans. Both times have been excellent experiences; the price is so reasonable and the end result is exactly as expected. She is honest about the limitations of what she can and can’t so and the fitting process is easy and fast. Highly recommebd

Very poor service. Needed a men's shirt laundered quickly as I had a family funeral. I went to pick it up at designated time and it wasn't ready. The woman told me I must have another shirt at home and said too bad. When picked up charged me for dry cleaning a men's shirt Never ago .

For the first time ever I needed to return clothes to a cleaner. Ace failed to clean most of my dresses and sweaters; they looked pressed (unlike the skirts) but were certainly not cleaned and smelled no differently than when they went in for service. This is what I get for trying the neighborhood cleaners. After I have Ace correct $400 of their work, I will return to my regular cleaners. Ace Cleaners and Tailoring in Arlington, MA was disappointing.

Brought in a pair of expensive white pants that were a little dirty but not stained and I got them back looking worse than how I brought them in. My problem is that they tried to hide it when I went to pick them up. Instead of telling me when I got there, they let me leave with it knowing the pants were messed up. When I went back to tell them the lady pretty much told me that they were like that when I brought it in. I will NEVER be going back there!!!!

I've brought clothes here both for cleaning and for alterations and never had a bad experience. Very good service and they do a great job.

Very Excellent (perfect) work and only took two days versus the week or more other tailors wanted. PLUS they charged half of what the larger top-rated tailor up the street wanted!

Solid family owned shop with reasonable prices and great service. Need a button sewed on, a piece of clothing altered, or your work clothes dry cleaned this is the place to go in Arlington.

Terrible .. I used them for years but they changed owners. They have lost my clothes twice. If you want your clothes back then don't go hear!!
