We arrived well before closing. But service was slow, line was long. After waiting a long time, two minutes before official closing time, the attendant told all that he wouldn’t serve us, and we should leave.Recommend alternatives to USPS, or plan to arrive an hour before closing for best chance to be served.

We are a local business and the folks at this location were beyond helpful in getting us set up with Change of Address, etc. I also love the building they are in. Great people, great service.

I love all the old-fashioned elements at this USPS location. It has a very "old new england" feeling to it. The postal workers here are also very nice. This location always opens and closes promptly on time.

Small, easily accessible, fast, friendly service. Note hours of operation as its only 1 Postal Worker so it closes for lunch. Small but full service, they have P.O. boxes and sell great cards for many occasions as well as gift cards in addition to USPS items. This branch is Located in Old Town, in Old Town Hall Bldg. Convenintly located in In Downtown Andover, MA. Meter parking and accessible spaces available in City lot. This parking lot is very busy as its for more businesses than the ones in bldg. That houses Post Office. Please Be Careful driving and walking, wheeling or however you travel as cars tend to go fast in lot. So be safe and enjoy Andover, MA.

What can I say... I love this post office. I use it probably once a week and the staff there is always very friendly and helpful to me. Other patrons seem to come in and happily utilize their service including P.O. Boxes. I can easily drop off pre-paid items to ship from eBay sales. Always enjoy pleasant conversations with the staff as well if they aren't busy so I feel very at home here. I personally prefer visiting this post office over the other, larger one near Whole Foods.
P.S. Lunch hour break is 1:30 to 2:30 pm.

Really don't want people to know about this post office as it's a small one and is really discrete. So it's the one I go to for quick in and out. They offer all your usually USPS services. The staff is friendly and quick. They only have 1 window so if there is a line you will be there for a while. It's go The good thing about this location is that is in Richover oh I mean Andover Center you can get a ton of stuff done while making your trip to the post office. It's hard to find street parking to paying .50 cents is worth it. The price of a stamp is .47

I can't praise this post office enough! They had a package which arrived at their facility at 3AM. Our office was closing early and I did not want it to be left in the hallway of the building. I called, spoke to Lisa who said that the carrier already had the package and she would contact her supervisor to see if he can connect with the carrier to have him hold it until next week. About 30 minutes later, the carrier pulls up outside our office. I run outside not knowing if he was delivering an overnight. I ask him if his supervisor called him and he said yes, he's here to deliver my package. They changed the route for my little package, what service!!!
