Very lovely people. It was my first time at a post office in 10 years and I came right at closing time on a Friday (horrible timing, I know) and they very patiently provided helpful instructions and tips on what to do based on which envelope I used.

Terrible customer service. I had an passport appointment for 2 months old daughter. I came in 10.35 10 minutes earlier than my appointment. I let the usps associate know that we arrived and waiting for a passport appointment. They let us in 15 minutes later asking if we filled the application. We hadn't filled the application. They without any apologies told us that they can't help us and we have to come in again.

Went there and had one of the best experiences. A guy name Tom was very helpful, fast and nice. Was there some other time and someone else told me to kick rocks for the same return. Ask for Tom if he's available.

I called to ask a question about a priority letter I had mailed that didn't get to its recipient and was instead at the post office. Whoever is fielding the calls from customers is extremely rude over there in Andover... Totally unnecessary attitude for no good reason. Be kind.

Went to get 3 passport and requested expedited service. A month had past by and only received 2 passport the 3rd passport never arrived by the time of our flight and our Christmas was ruined.. instead of having 3 Expedited service they only made 2 and the 3rd passport they made it routine service. went to their office and ask for information. They said that they can't do anything about it and sounded very rude to me, also said it wasn't their fault..
