This store is always my number one choice when I need to ship something. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They always try giving you the best pricing options as well. Highly recommend this store.

Refused to ship out a box for me over the phone. The attendant i was dealing with was very nice and professional, but seemed to have hands tied by management at this location.Not sure why they cant do what every other UPS location can do without issue.Edit: Owner actually responded. Hopefully his incorrect and unprofessional response only shows my review to be accurate.

They are very nice here, indeed. I found them all super confused how to ship a unique item like a projector… (you’d think I brought in a bicycle-built-for-two or something shaped really weird)… they (even the owner) were all running around saying things like, “ohhh, wowww… how are we gonna do this???” Which was beyond frustrating…. But again, they are super kind people… so im giving them 4 stars instead of one.

You’re greeted by an older gentleman wearing an Irish hat and a smile. Best customer service ever! I came in nervous to ship my late grandparent’s photo albums and souvenirs to Florida. Both gentlemen working the counter were friendly, fast and efficient. He even figured out a way to condense the box so it was smaller so it would be cheaper for me to ship. I am so glad I came to the Andover UPS Store and am kicking myself for not coming years ago to do this. It was only $67 to ship 28 lbs worth and it will get to my mom’s house in 4 days. Best UPS Store and best employees ever. Come to this store people!

I've been going to this place for years to do all my shipping for my small business. It was always a pleasure having Joseph assist me with shipping needs and questions/concerns I had. I haven't seen him in a while and the owner is no help at all! He makes me feel like an inconvenience and unwelcomed. I'll be looking for a new location to ship from now on. Such a shame

I had a huge stack of posters that needed to go to 15 different locations. The staff was patient and did a great job packing them all up and then making sure everything went to the right place. Highly recommend!

I usually only came in on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and thursdays because Joe was working by himself those days I had decided to avoided Kevin the owner because he had freaked out on me in the past only for asking him questions every time he basically told me to handle it myself and gave me the corporate number which never helps. Over the past several years about 5 years or so I’ve only seen joe there working who was an amazing employee who always treated me with respect and kindness I always went here for that great service Joe provided every single time over the years!!!! Thank you Joe !!!!! Well now Joe is gone and that absolutely maniac of an owner is back I thought he was gone I never seen him for about 5 years I was blessed now he is back don’t talk to Kevin avoid him if you need to do business there if you value your sanity!!!

This place has become Poor and sad now don't recommend. The owner Kevin Weiner presents himself as the business owner but it is clearly evident with anyone who cares to look closely that he is terribly unfit for that title let alone be allowed to go out in public, the absolute delusional nature of this individual is absolutely terrifying and traumatic. I have experienced his lack of empathy and respect for the community it is clearly obvious if observed that he truly only cares about himself,and he only cares if it is convenient for him if he is getting something for himself out of the exchange.It's a very scary sight to see someone who is so delusional and detached from the outside world, who is in serious need of some professional help and is best avoided. The whole experience has left me absolutely in shock if you value your sanity stay very clear of the "owner for 9 years" Kevin Weiner. Despicable should be ashamed of himself!!

I usually am not a person who takes the time to write a review about a place that I have visited just once, but I was blown away by the level of customer service that I received at the UPS store in Andover today. because I am not from the area, I would usually go to a New Hampshire base location, but I was in the area and this store had a great vibe! The Owner Kevin could tell I was stressed because I did not know anything about the type of return I was doing, but he made sure to make the process as simplistic as possible. They also took the time to repack everything that I had tried to pack carefully just to ensure me that they did not want anything in my shipment to get broken. They are an extremely busy store with literally a line out the door, but the line moves fast, so of course I was shocked at how patient they were with me. It seems as though the customers are regulars and well-known. Kevin and his coworker spent extra time ensuring that my package was properly taken care of, so I can't thank them enough! When I am in the area, I will absolutely be using this store again! Keep up the great work guys!

I dropped off a package for 3 day delivery. I spoke with UPS and was told my package was delayed and to contact the UPS store where I shipped and paid for my package. I phoned the store to request a refund and was told I needed to wait until the package missed it's delivery date to receive a refund and the representative also told me he did not know what the issue was "it is only cost $15.55 it is no big deal". Well, $15.55 is a big deal and this was after he called me "Hon" at least four times. Completely unprofessional calling me Hon and complete disrespect telling me my $15.55 is not a big deal. Adding on to this; at the end of our conversation, I said Thank you and hung up. He actually called me back and left a voicemail, told me I was rude for saying Thank you and hung up, telling me I had a "snotty attitude" and he did not appreciate it" (I just asked for a refund since my package was not going to be there on time), told me I should use FedEx from now on as UPS did not want my business.

I absolutely recommend going to this UPS Store. The closest store to my town closed a few years ago, but even if they were still open, I would drive the extra 15 minutes for this level of service!The Owner Kevin goes above and beyond to make my shipping needs as simplistic as possible. I am always greeted with a big smile, and I noticed that most of the other customers are also known on a first name basis.They are quick, efficient, and I never worry about different companies having different shipping rules because this store has them down!It is always such a nice experience when I am in Downtown Andover. I wish all companies operated like this store.Keep up the great work, Kevin!

NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS. I don't know why they don't correct their info online...I guess they don't value their customers' time much.To the owner: you might want to check in with your employees about that. On Monday I was told by an employee that it didn't matter that the store was closed on Sunday, because nothing goes out until Monday...not really the point! This is the 3rd time I've been there during posted hours and only found a sign saying the store is closed for the day and "sorry for the inconvience."
