Sam was absoulty amazing and so nice to work with as a first time home buyer. Her kindness, knowledge and expertise when it comes to the mortage process and to help make it as stress free as possible. She did a very good job of making sure every step of the process went smoothly and I never felt out of the loop. She is extrodinary helpful and quick to answer when any questions come up no matter how big or small, and really stives to helps clients understand everything they need to know about their mortgage and the numbers. She did a outstanding job putting our minds at ease and makeing us feel like a priority and helping to guide us through buying our first home in a very timely manner. I was never dissapointed with her service. I would absolutly reccomend her to anyone looking to buy a house (especially 1st time home buyers). Simply the best!

We could not have had a better experience with Total Mortgage, specifically with Zachary Mourad. He made the entire process of purchasing our first home so seamless and easy. He answered any questions we had, always responded promptly, and remained patient while we navigated a difficult real estate market. He always looked out for our best interest and would crunch estimated costs with us on the fly. He was quick to adapt and quick to stay in the loop with our realtor.

Samantha is highly communicative and on top of every detail when it comes to the loan process for the clients. To only provide 5 stars would be an injustice to the level of support Sam provides. She deserves far more than the limit for she's answered every one of my ridiculous questions, was available at all times throughout the week, and put our nerves at ease throughout the entire stressful process. Sam even caught on to questions I was formulating and provided the answer before I even asked it! I cannot express how amazing Sam has been throughout and we cannot thank her enough. We'll be sure to recommend her to anyone and everyone. 100/10

They take the redundancy of antiquated approval methods out of the equation, and made it an actual enjoyable experience for us.
