I got in the place to purchase food supplies for feast as I usually do when I comeback from my road trip , of course I'm looking a little rough as I spend sometime 2 months on the road as a small fleet owner and operator as well , I can notice this guy following as I'm getting expensive items in the meat and sea food section, then I get to the counter, under the excuse of bar code not scanning they pull my cart to an near by office, I'm guessing to search it, not sure , but I just play it along since they never approached me personaly for anything, keep answering my Dispatchers call until they gave me my note of $858 ....stop judging books by the cover .. Thank you

Called this place to ask them if they had an item I needed for a last minute catering, the girl on the phone was extremely rude to me from the get go, I asked if they could set it aside for me for THRITY MINUTES (my drive to the place) she said no I asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold I spoke to another lady who she later confirmed wasn’t the manager so I insisted to talk to the manage as she’s calling the manager (Corey) she is telling him to come talk to me before she flips out on me, what kind of people are working there who says that to a costumer? When I asked for something to be done the manager said he was gonna speak to her which I don’t think so because if she feels comfortable to tell him she’s gonna flip out on a costumer I don’t wanna think what’s actually going on behind the costumers back.

The main thing is that there is overnight parking, plenty of room to maneuver, the entire area is cleanly paved, pleasant communication with the employees.

An employee helping at the registers was eating a bag of chips, sucking the salt off her fingers, working with cash from the drawers, and repeating. So gross.
Please don't touch my purchased items with your nasty hands. They also need an express/12 items or less line to keep the lines moving. I gave it 3 stars because the two employee's that assisted me on an item return situation were incredibly helpful, polite, professional, and understanding.

Otr drivers, There is no signage at all about how to get in here, we’re shipping and receiving is or hours of operation. I was told they received until 6pm. Showed up at 3:15 and the door “that I think is the way in”has no handle and locked… these restaurant depots are hit and miss. But this one and Everette are 2 of the worst ones. Good luck

I arrived the day before my appt, checked in at 0645 and was called to dock at 0724...unloaded paperwork in hand at 0800...these guys are great!! I had the extreme pleasure of getting to converse with the dock handlers and had a great time!!! All of the Restaurant Depot's can learn from these guys!!!!
