“My Dr.'s nurse hooked me up with IWP many yrs ago and they have been a complete + utter godsend for me! I admit, occasionally early on we have had a few mlnor bumps along the way but nothing they didn't always clear up quickly and to my satisfaction. People who are lucky enough to have IWP know exactly what I mean. The staff are professional and kind, you get to know them, so for those who had a bad experience, try again, they will try to fix things, if the problem is theirs , just ask! I also appreciate the fact that they keep us informed with all the latest updates the CDC, FDA or other pertinent info for people dealing /struggling with very confusing Workers Comp rules, and any new info that people with WC, esp. with those with serious injury need to know! “This review applies primarily to the pharmacy since I do not have much experience with the rest of the store. The pharmacy provides excellent service on the filling of prescriptions. They are always absolutely correct (thank heaven!) and on time. It's amazing that they can keep up with the volume of prescriptions they fill each and every day. They are always in a good mood, despite how busy they are; Joanna and George come to mind as well as the Asian pharmacist (sorry I don't know her name!). But everyone behind the pharmacy counter deserves credit for a job well done. Filling prescriptions is a very responsible job and they all do it expertly.”
