I had the most wonderful experience with Nicole. I would honestly recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She is professional, enthusiastic, and so fun to work with. Nicole always brought a positive attitude which was so appreciated , She came to my condo - advised me on how best to present it and gave my condo the same attention no matter the price range. She took wonderful pictures, videos and was extremely professional and attentive for all open houses. Nicole always had my best interest in mind. Unbelievable experience working with Lillian and team. They treat everyone like family. The home-buying process is daunting and the team broke down the steps in a simple and cohesive manner. I worked with Jacob Gordon who was nothing short of amazing to work with. Having no experience with home buying, Jacob made the entire process of buying my first home seamless and easy. I was very impressed with Lillian Montalto Signature Properties. They came to my house and explained what they could offer and they delivered on everything they said and then some. The realtor that we worked closely with was Samantha Lalonde. If I had a question or concern she was always just a phone call away. I can't say enough about how she made the selling of our home any easier and put up with my uneasiness of selling our home.Without a doubt if I need to buy or sell a home she will be the first person I go to.
