I was involved in a road rage incident with one of their delivery vehicles this morning. Rt 111 Hampton NH A 16 ton delivery truck forced me off a highway as I tried to enter from ramp. My 4600 pound car no match. It was no mistake, no accident. He sped up and forced me onto the shoulder. I called and was referred to "Mike" the manager. No return call. If that doesn't concern him, how would they deal with product issues. My issue is now in hands of NH State Police. I would keep away from this company, They obviously don't care.

We had the pleasure to work with Frank Simone at Koopman Lumber/Andover to design and order every piece of custom cabinetry in our home. Early on in our home-makeover relationship, Frank’s expertise and attention to detail were apparent when he first assisted us with cabinetry selection for our master bathroom. Working with a tight space, his thoughtful suggestions resulted in excellent and cost-effective vanity and cabinetry choices we continue to value. When we expressed concern regarding small imperfections, Frank organized a meeting with the manufacturer’s representative at our home to address and resolve all issues. The care and attention he paid to this small project gave us incredible confidence to continue working with Frank as we prepared to place a high-end custom order for cabinetry in our kitchen, dining room, nook and other areas of our home. This very large order was part of a complex home renovation project; and, Frank worked diligently and patiently with me as I designed and re-worked various parts. Frank’s extensive cabinetry and general construction experience proved incredibly valuable, as his insights helped me consider and select many construction and design aspects. He knows his products very well, and willingly follows up with the manufacturer to make unusual requests or gather additional information as needed. I am a highly detail-oriented person and much of the finished look was very important to me. Frank willingly made multiple site visits, took extremely careful measurements, and adeptly used CAD software to help me visualize everything. He also has an excellent aesthetic sense that benefitted my project. Indeed, Frank and I approached many cabinetry problems iteratively, exploring different possibilities until I was fully satisfied. Apart from understanding what I knew I wanted, Frank also had the foresight and knowledge to make many wise decisions avoiding problems that would otherwise arise during installation. I found him to be an excellent communicator, willing to explain why such modifications were needed; and, I am certain I have a better final product as a result!Importantly, Frank kept himself available for consult and was very responsive to my general contractor (or his sub-contractors) during the construction phase of our project. Our home was built in 1895 and presented a few surprises during the actual construction phase. Frank continued to remain involved, was extremely responsive as questions arose, evaluated issues with the team, and timely communicated information that allowed for a seamless project with very few hiccups or unexpected expenses.I would highly recommend working with Frank Simone at Koopman Lumber/Andover to design and place orders for cabinetry for any project.

I recently purchased $900 worth of lumber from Koopman in Andover. Because it was a special project I requested premium material and paid for premium. The material was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon, but instead the driver showed up early morning and left the material in front of my shop door. Ok it happens- but what I received was terrible. I had ordered 16' and received 20' 18' 15' it all looked like it was just laying around the yard not off a lumber stack. In fact every piece had strapping marks on it. The back of 4 of the pieces still had rough saw marks!! The 2 x 4 material was split, punk wood, warped in every direction imaginable and clearly wasn't off of a stack . In 37 years I've never seen such garbage. BUYER BEWARE, don't call and order it, or you'll get trash. They have NO PRIDE, NO INTEGRITY, NO MORALS.

In March I had a mechanical failure on my trailer and needed to get my load off it to repair it. These guys unloaded me and stored the product for a couple days so I could safely get home and get fixed, then I came back and they re-loaded it. WAY above and beyond the call of duty to help a nobody that was in a bind! I have no doubt they treat their customers magnificently! Thank you Koopman Team!

I went to Koopmans today for some 2x4s and 1/2 cdx because they are close to my house. I was charged $33 a sheet for the plywood. Home Depot is $15. Next time I will drive to the big box store where I won't be gouged
