Had the most wonderful experience with Kokee Flowers! My dear friend was turning 50 and I wanted to find a florist that was in her area, I’m in Texas, so I got a couple of referrals and settled on Kokee. I spoke to Yasmin on the phone and told her that I wanted peonies and whatever else she thought would look pretty to fill out the arrangement. I told her I would like a picture of it sent to me and that I would need it delivered the morning of my friend’s birthday and boy did she deliver! The arrangement was gorgeous! My friend said it was stunning and of course sent me a pic! I would not hesitate to order again from Kokee Flowers! Yasmin did an amazing job! Also great communication!! I appreciate her so much for helping to make my dear friend’s birthday so special!

I ordered a bouquet with peonies in for mothers day. My wifes favorite flowers are peonies and i get them every year for her. I paid 150$ for a deluxe package and they just put roses in it. When i asked why i should pay the same for roses, the answer was “believe me they are the same price”. No accountability, no offer to make it right. Just got robbed by these folks. Never coming back

Ordered flowers for surprising someone at their office. This order was made exactly 1 week prior , I was charged immediately and the order did not come today Monday 3/18/24 like promised. I’ve called 3 times left 2 voicemails & an e-mail and have received no response. This is absolutely infuriating and completely unprofessional please go somewhere else so your money and time isn’t wasted.

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!Ordered Valentines Day flowers to be delivered three days before the 14th. Never showed up, never called, never emailed. They wouldn’t answer the phone, they even sent an email saying they were delivered!!Now I have to chase my money and they completely ruined our special day!! Do not use them!!!

I placed an order yesterday to get a bouquet delivered for my grandmothers bday. I was a little nervous when I called for an update on delivery and got no response and then saw the shop hours on google were listed as closed.Long story short they came and are perfect! Thank you Kokee Flowers for making this bouquet! Will recommend.

I called in the morning the day before Easter. I knew they would be extremely busy. The gentleman that answered was so kind and accommodating. My order was delivered the same day.

I needed a sympathy bouquet and checked out florist websites in Andover. Kokee looked reliable so I called. The woman who took my order was helpful and patient as I made my selection. The delivery went out sooner than expected. The delivery person called me, as the recipient wasn’t home to accept the bouquet. She left it by the back door so it would not be sitting in the sun. The arrangement—Designer’s Choice—was a lovely assortment of white flowers and was sincerely appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommended Kokee.

My daughter got together with her friend and sent me an orchid plant last August in 2022 for my birthday. This orchid is still blooming flowers. I have never had one with such great quality. I am so amazed and so happy that it still continues to bloom, also it is very easy to care for, I think because of this Kokee flowers must get premium flowers from their suppliers. I just wanted to say thank you, for making me smile.

If I could give a zero star rating I would , if you would like to waste you time dealing with this company go right ahead. They never pick up the phone doesn't matter if you leave 50 Voicemails the worst customer service I've ever experienced how is this shop even open still .

DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were delivered 5 days later with no communication whatsoever. She ran out of the flowers I requested and never told me. When they finally arrived and many reminders, they looked horrible compared to the pictures listed and were not in bloom. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Well she got the orchid at 7 pm. It looks like I could have bought it at the grocery store. Not worth over 100$. Never going to order from here again
