My wife already left a review for Jim and Florence and the team at CrossCountry Mortgage but I felt compelled to add my own thoughts. We’ve worked with Jim for over 25 years now and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. The level of trust, knowing that he’ll provide the best solution, and the speed and thoroughness of the whole mortgage process is second to none. And if you have a question or need help with something, they actually answer the phone when you call! That’s pretty rare these days.Thank you Jim, Flo, and the whole team at CrossCountry Mortgage. Jim & Team were excellent from the get go . As first time home buyers in a very competitive market we had a a lot to learn quickly .Jim and team seamlessly helped us organize and submit everything required . Jim kept in touch with me even after an earlier offer did not get accepted . He offered me a competitive rate , kept me updated on the market and various steps and helped allay our anxieties through the process . He made himself available , accommodating my late and irregular work hours . I worked with Jim Kochakian and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage on my mortgage application. They were always on time, easy going to work with! Because of most recent mortgage interest hikes, we were worried if we could get a decent rate. We raised our concerns to Jim, and he was on top of it. With his knowledge and experience, within few days, he was able to find a perfect time to lock our rate. Jim has been the best mortgage Loan Officer I have worked with. Not only did he help me achieve what I envisioned, but he was able to make things happen that I didn't think were possible. I am mortgage lingo stupid and Jim was with me every step of the way and always offered great help! His team is also amazing with always being in contact and sending cute videos along the way to keep you informed! He is the man! He has changed my daughter and my life as we enter the next chapter for my daughters college years!

Jim and his team were great to work with. They followed up with us throughout our home search and then went full steam ahead when we were ready to buy. Communication was great.
