I bought a new car and donated an old car to charity and transferred the plate from the old car to the new car. The people at Howe handled everything for me in 24 hours! It was the best service I have ever received from an insurance agent. Their Registry "runner" must have wings on his shoes. I have three cars insured with them and two houses and an umbrella policy. They always find me the best price and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them.
