“We enjoyed our shopping trip at Whole Foods. We found this location to be less crowded than the one we usually go to, which was certainly a nice surprise. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of gluten free and allergy friendly options. The self-check out lanes are pretty cramped (very small space so it's a little hard to fit a cart when it's busy), but all we're working well and are monitored closely so problems get fixed quickly.”
“Produce is special, especially the lettuce. A bit towards convenience store prices, but best quality. Close enough that at current car mileage/expense rates, it pays for itself for me for short shopping lists. Some amazing local treats, like the coconut cashews, cracker combos, heat-n-eat dishes, super-tasty dips, spices, meat counter. True New England country store...a little of everything, and good. If you have to run out for a get together bbq or weekend fillers or a made sammich, fantastic.”

“This is one of the great grocery stores. Their prices the lowest throughout the country. If you were looking for an item that they do not have talked to the staff and they will try to get it for you. They have sushi a pizza parlor sub shop and other things that you can get in walk out the door with. The pizzas are very good and large for their price.”

“I wanted to leave this review to give a special shout out to Lisa in the prepared food department. I called on Sunday an hour before closing and asked if they could make 15 subs. Lisa answered the phone and, despite being busy, promised to do her best to get the subs done as soon as possible. When I arrived just 15 minutes later, the large order of turkey subs was nearly finished. What Lisa didn't know was that we were having a gathering after my aunt's funeral, and many more people showed up than expected, causing us to run out of food within the first hour. I truly appreciate Lisa going the extra mile on such a difficult day for my family. Hope this review finds its way back to her so that her and the other two staff members know how thankful I am for there efforts.”
“Bought thee most mouthwatering cowboy steak last week with the help of the 3 fine gentleman behind the counter! We talked about what I was planning on doing with it and then they suggested hands down the best seasoning! Very much worth the price without a second thought! “The store appears to be clean. Isles are arranged in a fashion where you can find the item that you're looking for. They also have a good sized cigarette counter. This is beneficial because they are one of the few, over the border, that sell them at very competitive price.”
“Market basket's a good place it's not always talked with the things that you have but when it is everything is good. It's best to go either early in the morning or late afternoon kind of like evening time because there's not a lot of people there. Depending on which one you go to since they're only in new england's, will depend on what time of day they're less busy. The one in Salem New Hampshire there's like three of them and they're all busy all the time. The one here in Rochester is nice in the morning there's not a lot of people and like after dinner there is not a lot of people either which is nice to go shopping it's peaceful rather than people bumping into you and standing in the way and rushing here and rushing there.”

“I was ignorant that Aldi has some really good food items. I even buy non food merchandise sometimes. Only little problem is the card reader, if you type your code at the same time it is asking you for cash back, it will select an amount of cashback. Other than that I love to stop there.”
“Love love their fried chicken, rice & habichuelas literally drive over 25+ mins just to enjoy some of their food. The downside is that the staff are a bit rude & the cashier man lack customer service skills but past that everything else is good!”
“The new market basket is great .. except it's filled with people and the parking lot is now quite dangerous with people ignoring the traffic pattern changes and flooding in to MB and the new Burlington coat Factory. Just be careful in the parking lot folks. Especially if you have children”

“a young man by the name of Dennis was working here about a year ago, and what he did for me truly moved me, and created a new outlook on the world, from my perception. I had came in for my weekly grocery shopping, and was finalizing my journey in the produce isle. Dennis, the produce project manager & fruit placement technician, blessed my day, restocking the Granny Smith Apples, that I get for my father. Dennis meticulously seared the plastic from the casing of apples, slowly and carefully placing the cherished fruits into their respective areas across the produce department. i was in awe, as i watched Dennis work his magic. Dennis then went out of his way to place an apple into a cellophane bag, handing it to me with nothing but passion. I left the market basket that day, with not only a new love for Demoulas, but also nothing but pure gratitude and appreciation for my local workers, such as Dennis B. Thank you Dennis. I hope you are well. Thank you for changing my life.”
“I love this place. Its simple, not a ton of variety, anesthetic leaves a lot to be desired, but lower market prices on "home-made" food items made onsite is a refreshing change from the usual high priced farm stand pricing. Soup bar, as mentioned by many is top tier.”

“I ordered several Party Subs, platters of Chicken Salad & Egg Salad Finger Sandwiches and Potato Salad for my sister's Celebration of Life last month and everthing was perfect. I added a second Party Sub last minute and asked it they could make it half ham & cheese and half turkey & provolone and they had no problem accomodating me. The Party Subs are huge and come with individual containers of diced pickles, tomatoes, onions, shredded lettuce and hot peppers, which is really convenient. Market Basket's prices are the best around, not only for party platters & subs but for groceries too. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they make the best subs around! This is the second time I have ordered food for a Celebration of Life and I will definately order from them again. Thank you Market Basket Middleton!”

“My wife and I saw the commercials on the TV and said if we are near Salem NH we will check it out. Hen we walked in the store we were blown away. I never saw so much meat,fish,prepared foods in one place. The commercials don`t do it justice. The quality of the products and way it was presented was fantastic. I wish you had a store near me. Shop there and you won`t be sorry. The man at the cash register was great and did one heck of a job! Great place to shop.”
“ ??This is the best place to find fresh meats, fruits, vegetables in SUPER good condition, as clean as possible, everything SUPER ORGANIZED, very friendly (the only place I get snow crab) and many products from our Caribbean islands , tropical sweets and more. It's not the cheapest, but I wouldn't change it for that...”
