Recently, my wife and I were working on a significant project to create an outdoor courtyard space at our kid’s school for the children to enjoy. As a last-minute improvement before the ribbon cutting ceremony, we decided to add an outdoor ping pong table. Not only did Beminster’s have the perfect table in stock, but they also gave us a very fair price to help make the dream a reality. As a result, we were able to get the table setup in time for the grand opening; the kids LOVED it! Outside ping pong tournaments became the highlight of the whole project. “We just ordered two lounge chairs, cushions and a small table to go between. And a butcher's cutting board (every kitchen needs one of those!). So far, we have been very pleased with the quality of the furniture, the ease of use, and comfort. And the board is a delight. We have worked with Taylor in customer service and found him to be very proactive when there was a holdup and very helpful with timing issues. We received one cushion because its mate was on back order...then it turned out the manufacturer discontinued that color. GT quickly (5 minute conversation) showed us what colors were available and sent us two of them...within 24 hours of the problem coming to light. That's customer service. Thanks, GT!”
“Maria helped me pick out two perfect oversized leather chairs and ottomans for my condo. The leather is luxurious and the chairs are incredibly comfortable. I also bought a beautiful desk along with a bookcase for my home office space. Buying a comfortable office chair was a bit tricky but Maria had the patience to show me a variety of chairs and was extremely helpful in finding the perfect chair for me! “Above and Beyond does not begin to explain the experience I had with this company. I live in Northeast Ohio. I was online looking for a very specific end table to match the set I currently have. It was discontinued 3 years ago and I was fortunate enough to find that they had one in stock. Immediately called them and asked about purchasing and shipping (they only offer local delivery). After some back and forth (with incredible timely communication), they gathered a shipping quote and I made the purchase. Unfortunately, there was some issues with shipping after it was all packaged up.Suzanne drove from Salem to meet with my father half way in Syracuse NY to ensure that we still got the table in a timely manner. Exemplary customer service and dedication! I am beyond ecstatic with the level of support I received from this company. Thank you very very much!”
