Worst towing service i have ever seen in my life, the staff are soo rude and charges are more and I don’t know why police people are working with them.
Please don’t go and be aware
They charge $545 for towing 2 miles and for one night.
They also forced me to pay with cash and how can people carry $545 in cash!!!!
This is insane!!!!!!

My car was towed and the top was left opening rained and destroyed everything inside including cash. I was never invited to reclaim my personal items until I spoke to my claim manager which was too much later. The people are very nice but the treatment should be more effective and efficient.

Absolutely insanely horrible experience. I have no words to even begin to describe the disrespect I was put through. My car was towed from my own job for whatever reason (besides the point) after I left my work I walked to elm street automotive and was greeted by an elderly white guy. I told him my car had been towed and I was there to pick it up but didn’t know why it got towed in the first place. He told me the total was 282$! I was astonished, my car got towed from barnard to elm street and somehow I got charged 20 for gas, an unreadable 95 dollar charge and 132 for towing and 35 for storage INSANE. when I started to challenge the price he SCREAMED at me to shut the f up… at that point I was taken a back and challenged a bit more which led to him yelling the same vulgar sentence again! at that point I told him how unacceptable his behavior was and he told me to get the f out, had to get the police involved EVEN THOUGH I feel they are part of this bigger scheme as they work directly with elm street and when I left I saw the two officers who helped me INSIDE having a chat with the man who just went off on me. insane and don’t EVER go here or avoid getting towed by these guys

This towing service is absolutely a rip off. I don't know why the police use their service. They charge the amount they want and you are still forced to pay in cash. They do not accept cards or checks. I had to pay $780 for a 2 mile towing service and a night with the car there. I was robbed and I can't even call the police.

How are the police in Andover working with these crooks to charge us over $400 for towing three miles and keeping the car there for 2 nights. I will definitely looking to get to end of this shady business.

Nothing but thieves at this business. My car was sent there after I was in an accident, and all the fishing gear that I had inside was gone after it left in their lot. Highly recommend you never step foot in hereService: Car towing

Total rip off. Police insist on towing to these crooks if you have an accident . Wont wait for AAA. I received a bill with multiple charges that are not legible. My daughter had an accident . Car towed from Salem street to lupine street. Bill $846 . Including charge for extra mileage, extra man , clean up, again others not legible. Hold your car hostage. Was told insurance would pay forit. Bill obviously written to defraud insurance co.Why is this our towns default towing company ? Worst towing place in the entire state. Owner is one of the most disrespectful, rude people I have ever interacted with. Would recommend literally any other place to get repairs or automotive repairs other than here. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else.
