Most seniors want nothing more than to stay in their own home. Unfortunately, this is not always safe for varying reasons. When our family member was not safe to live alone, we turned to Bridges in Andover. From the very first meeting with administrators, we felt that this would be a great home for our loved one who needed a memory care facility. The facility is warm, inviting, clean, active, and homey. After over two years, we still feel the same about Bridges and the wonderful decision that we made. The choices for activities are amazing and ever-changing. The staff is attentive and extremely responsive to our questions and requests. It’s never an easy path when searching for an assisted living facility. Our family highly recommends Bridges in Andover!

My relative recently spent 2 months in Bridges at Andover while waiting for an apartment in the Lexington facility. From first contact to last all staff were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. They gave great care, anticipated needs and communicated well. Thank you to all the staff at Bridges in Andover. You're awesome. Oh and the place is GORGEOUS too. So many lovely spots to visit and walk.

I've being working for Bridges for almost six years now and really enjoy my role as Wellness Coordinator. The most rewarding part of the job is that it allows me to directly impact the lives of our residents, staff and families. Whether it’s ensuring the building is well staffed, meeting with families or just saying ‘hi’ to residents and staff in the morning, I know I am actively contributing to their quality of life. I sure treasure the interactions specially in my second favorite department KITCHEN. Some days, I think they make more of a difference in my life than I do in theirs!

My brother is a resident. He is much better than when he entered, over one year ago. I can not say enough for Reshma Nair and her staff. The physical plant is very well designed, as well.Mrs.Nair, CEO, has helpednumerous people I referred to her, even from out of state. A clear choice.

The experience of putting a loved one in a memory care facility has been challenging on many fronts but I have found Bridges at Andover to be a wonderful partner in this journey. The entire staff who work directly with the residents as well as the administration have consistently demonstrated a positive and supportive attitude. No facility can be 100% perfect in every facet of elder care but I have found everyone at Bridges to be consistently willing to work with the family to ensure that their loved one is well cared for and safe. It's not an easy job to do day in and day out, but the responsiveness and level of caring at Bridges at Andover has been commendable.

Bridges at Andover is a great place to work at. It is by far one of the best places I have worked for. The energy is always upbeat and positive. All the staff is super supportive, we all work as a team. The staff is genuinely here for the residents and tend to all their needs. One of my favorite parts is we all establish a close relationship with each and everyone one of our residents, we really take the time to get to know them. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heart beat.

I have worked in healthcare for nearly 20 years. 10 years of those being in the Senior Living industry. Bridges by EPOCH in Andover provides excellent care for their residents and strives to exceed expectations with their families. The staff is top notch and has training that helps them understand memory loss and how to work patiently to deliver service and care to each and every resident. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a loved one for care with this team!

Working with the professionals at Bridges by EPOCH at Andover is top notch. Not only are they professional, personable and caring, but are experts in the dementia world. The educational series and support groups they offer, help professionals and caregivers with necessary resources to help those around us. I can't tell you how many families, Social Worker's, and colleagues that I have referred their programs to for further support and education. Knowledge is power, and this road is never easy. Their community is always impeccable, and the food is amazing. The residents are well engaged with a full activity program, and the they truly look happy and well cared for. I recommend checking them out if memory care is needed for someone you love.

Did Walt Disney build this facility for the mother he hated?During the days I spent looking after my dying grandmother, I noticed some things:1. The front of house staff are lovely and personable.2. The staff that your loved ones will interact with are distant, robotic, and harsh.3. Your elders will stand at the gate to a kitchen, admiring an out-of-reach fruit bowl. They will beg for it and be denied.4. When my elder died, I had to wheel and lug their belongings through the main living area. By design, they didn’t protect residents from this disruption which put the responsibility on my family to create a plan for moving our grandparent’s estate through the property without disturbing your grandparents.5. They post images of residents with Alzheimer’s to their social media pages without consent from the resident or their family.6. I could go on and on but I’ll rest on this: if you want to punish your elder, look no further.7. Keep them home.
