I was interested to buy a car from this dealer.. they offered me 2k for my car where i got 4 k from other dealers.. Their car was listed 40k in Sept and i offered 36k, but they did not sell it to me, I told them their car was over priced. Fast forward to 4 months later, they still can not sell their car and now it is down to 35k.. not a great business at all.. karma ! I won't be recommending them at all..

Don't waste your time going to this dealer! They refused to sell me a car because I wouldn't finance thru them. Who refuses to sell a car........ I told them before I test drove the cars that I wouldn't need to finance thru them.They waisted my time and then tried to bully me into financing with them at a high rate. Ya no thanks!! I'm astonished with how this all went down.

I do not usually post things like this, as I do not like to burden my friends with negativity, but I felt this is necessary and a warning to others. This week, I have had THE worst car buying experience. I bought a car from Bill Deluca Cadillac in Andover. Getting new car is supposed to be exciting, fun, maybe a bit stressful. However, I only felt the stress and bullied. Saying I was treated poorly by the sales manager, John Lynch is an understatement. He was condescending, arrogant, cocky and a bully. He brought me to tears and took advantage of my weakness. I literally felt threatened into making the deal. He reneged on a signed agreement and would not take ownership of that. Isn't a signed agreement a binding agreement? I cannot even enjoy the fact that I bought a car.. instead I resent the entire process.

I definitely visited DeLuca Chevrolet in Andover. I also spoke with the service manager the day I picked up my vehicle, it did nothing. At this point if you would like to resolve this to my satisfaction please mail me a check for the amount I was overcharged. Other than that I will not be wasting any more of my time dealing with your company.
