The quality of workmanship was, in all honesty, subpar. The protective film was applied in a haphazard manner, with visible bubbles and imperfections present throughout. Additionally, the edges of the film were not properly aligned, leading to a messy and unprofessional appearance.

I brought my brand new C8 Corvette to Automotive Elegance for a full ceramic treatment on my full PPF, the full interior ceramic treatment, wheels, calipers and had the side windows tinted to the MA legal level. Kevin Patel walked me through the options, prices and processes answering any and all questions along the way. His product knowledge, professionalism and customer care were outstanding. Nothing could have prepared me though for how incredibly beautiful my car turned out. The exterior ceramic looked like it made the car glow, the interior looked even better than the day I picked up the car from the dealer, window tint was spot on the right darkness I wanted and Kevin's insight on the care for all the car's finishes will help ensure this car looks great for a long time. Kudo's to Automotive Elegance for a job done incredibly well.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with Automotive Elegance. They installed the PPF (paint protective film) on my brand new car. They were so careful with my car and did so beautiful work installing the PPF. The installation is so perfect that it’s unbelievable the level of professional craftsmanship to get it to be so perfect like that. I am very impressed so precise and so perfect. Also, I want to say that it was a pleasure talking and dealing with Kevin, he met with me and explain to me the whole process, he looked over my car like it is his own car, also updated me through the process. I’m just very impressed with Kevin and Auto elegance installation team with their customer service, high level of professional installation, caring and wanting to help so much. Hi Folks,Almost 1 month ago I purchased a new Audi RS5 and after driving off the dealer's lot and feeling my wallet tremor from the instant value depreciation I took the last thing I wanted to do was spend more money. It's certainly not an investment but it will hold a high value for years to come and as stunning as it looks it certainly deserves some paint protection to help keep it looking spectacular. After doing a lot of internet research and talking with several area Car Detailers I decided to work with Kevin Patel at Automotive Elegance in Andover, MA. Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient, customer-oriented, and accommodating. When I told Kevin I needed to make plans with a friend to pick me up when I drop off my Audi, he said no worries I've included a loaner car at no extra cost, a new Acura Integra in Apex Blue in a full Stealth wrap to boot. I was impressed with the shop which is a large modern facility with a reception area, offices, a customer waiting area, and several large high-ceiling work bays. Kevin gave me a grand tour of the facility including the PPF film CAD software cutting room, vehicle washing, PPF, and ceramic application bays. Later that day I received photos from the incoming vehicle inspection highlighting a few minor/typical new car manufacturers' paint flaws. When I returned to pick up my Audi it looked like a mirror. I am extremely pleased with the work of Kevin and his team. I'll be returning to Automotive Elegance in a few months for window tint on my Audi and to get my wife's MDX Type-S PPF & Ceramic protected. I highly recommend Kevin and his team at Automotive Elegance for your start-of-the-art car care needs.

These guys are great. Kevin takes customer service to the next level. They’ve worked on many of my vehicles and I’ve always been happy. My last truck I had PPF which got dinged up on a trip to Florida. Kevin arranged a shop in Naples Florida to fix the damaged PPF for me. Best in the business.

I highly recommend Automotive Elegance! I did A LOT of research before choosing a company and found AE checked all the boxes. Kevin Patel was extremely informative and helped me pick the best protection package for my vehicle based on what I wanted. Kevin walked me through the entire process, gave me picture updates, and took the time to explain how to properly care for my truck now that it’s protected. Quality is second to none. They even gave me a loaner vehicle while my truck was being worked on! They stand on their work and that’s priceless. Moving forward, I will only take my vehicles to AE for paint protection. Thanks Kevin and everyone at AE.

In the past 8 years, I had PPF installed on all of my 4 cars by AE. People at AE are friendly and they did a perfect job installing PPF on my car every time. Kevin is very helpful.

Working with Kevin and Josh was a painless and great experience. Josh gave me a tour of the establishment and how exactly it is they operate. Kevin took one look at my truck and knew exactly what type of protection it would need for my daily needs. Easy process and excellent experience! I purchased the platinum package PPF with full exterior ceramic coating for my 2023 Ford Raptor. I also added two ceramic tints. Kevin took care of me and kept me informed prior, during, and after installation. Kevin also provided me with a vehicle while they had my truck for three days. I am very pleased with the results.

Excellent job done by Kevin and team. Car looked phenomenal. He also took time to really talk things through so I knew what I was getting into. Also recommended not to PPF given I was only going to hold on to the car for a shorter period (and chips that already existed!).Thank you for everything. Happy to recommend.
