If you want to get the motivated to improve your health & enjoy your workout, this is the place to go to. I used to go to visit my family in Andover & found this gym through a freind, who had lost significant amount of weight & gained strenght in no time. I had a ruptured knee meniscus & limped for more than a year. I had to work on the muscles around my knee & loose weight. Chris worked with me to strenghten my specific muscles so I could start exercising. Then he slowly moved me to the next level & throughout the process kept motivating me so I don’t take a step back. I am able to walk, ran a 5k with Chris, getting ready for more of them, lost 26 pounds of pure fat, gained signifant muscle mass in three months time. I have improved my Vo2 max significantly. More importantly, I enjoy my life, playing with my kids without running out of breath. Thank you Chris, Sam & Diane! Please continue improving lives & receive the blessings from all of us!

Been going for 4 weeks now and can not say enough good things about this place! Starts with chris the owner / coach . And trickles down too the other coaches sam and Diane ! All are great and very very helpful and caring for each person there! I at lets say middle aged look forward to my visits every day! Thank you all for my new happiness to my daily routine!

I finally found a workout place that feels like a have my own personal trainer! Coaches Cris & Sam keep you motivated & engaged. What I love the most is that they offer 30 minutes exercise sessions! Finally, the wealth of nutrition information that you receive here - customized to your own needs is truly a game changer! Hands down 5 stars!!

I can't say enough good things about Andover Fit Body Boot Camp except I wish I started going sooner. I started in August 2022 as a way to lose weight post babies. I did lose weight, and I also gained a lot more. More energy, a sense of community, and something to look forward to every morning.The past few years, skiing has been hard - my muscles sore, not feeling comfortable in ski clothes, and overall not enjoying the sport I've loved for years. A surprise benefit and NSV of going regularly to AFBBC was discovered during a recent ski trip in January 2023, skiing felt easy! I felt like myself again. I know this feeling of strength, lightness, and flexibility on my skis is a direct relationship to the conditioning at AFBBC. A big thank you to Diane and Sam for supporting and encouraging me every morning :)

I joined the gym on April of 2022 and I love every single class. Diane, Sam and Chris are the best. they truly take their time to teach you and best of all you don't need to memorize a routine. It is all done for you. The gym is super clean and everyone is very friendly. At the beginning couldn't jump on the box neither climb a rope and oh boy all that change. Now I feel more confident about my self and body. Every drop of sweat is worth it! Definitely a long-term commitment for me. Thank you coaches!!!

Andover Fit Body Boot Camp has exceeded my expectations. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, they meet you were you are and help get you to where you want to go! The classes are challenging yet fun. There are always modifications available to all the exercises. Highly recommend!

I love this place! The workouts are challenging and the schedule is convenient. The format and exercises change each time so it’s NEVER boring. The coaches are awesome, always motivating throughout the workout and the clients are all friendly.

Every workout is a high quality, well instructed workout. Weekly goals and target areas keep each workout fresh. Coaches keep us focused on good form to maximize the benefit of each move. Everyone is working hard and at their own pace - no judgement, no pressure but ALWAYS a fabulous full body workout with lots of support and encouragement! 30 minute session I thought wouldn't do very much but I have really increased my strength and tone overall. Best 30 minutes you can spend to maximize your time and your fitness. Hour classes are excellent as well and again at your own pace. I am grateful to have such a high quality workout, with such fabulous instructors and excellent gym comradery! AFBBC feels like a family. The results are incredible! Feels like a private lesson without the cost. Coaches Chris, Diane and Sam are awesome and a fabulous team!

I've been a member since AFBBC opened last year. I echo what many of the other reviews say, "can't say enough good things about this place;" "great owner and coaches;" "always newly created and challenging workouts." Also, great comradery with fellow members. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

Great place to workout, where everyone encourages each other and the coaches support you. Coaches model all the exercises and if you are struggling they offer modifications to ensure proper form over reps to minimize injury. I enjoy the environment and the people.

This place is amazing! It doesn't matter if you're an expert or if you've never seen a gym before, there is fun to be had by all! Classes with Diane are my favorite but everyone there is lovely and knowledgeable.

Fast (30 min!), efficient, and effective workouts in comfortable environment. Coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of class times make it easier to fit workouts into your schedule.

Great (quick!) work outs! Wonderful and helpful staff. Clean gym with all the fun equipment including a great inbody scale to measure muscle tone. Always leave feeling energized for the day.

Can't say enough about AFBBC - they motivate me to get up and work out at 5:30am! Coaches are knowledgable and encouraging. I also really like that it is workout that my husband and I both find challenging.
