From the moment you step into the facility you are greeted with kindness and no judgement. Dr. Faso is amazing and very thorough and we love her for our bulldog Ollie! Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been a client for a while, but my recent experience has been heartbreaking. My dog had eye issues, and the vet diagnosed glaucoma and recommended immediate surgery. On the day of the surgery, the vet discovered another mass in his stomach and still proceeded with the eye removal without a thorough discussion about the implications.
After the surgery, my dog had severe complications, including bleeding and swelling, leading to a rushed visit to another vet who suspected lymphoma. They indicated that the eye should not have been removed, given the condition of my dog. It felt like the team at Andover Vet overlooked critical signs during exams, leading to unnecessary suffering.
Ultimately, we had to make the painful decision to euthanize him. The honesty from the second vet was a stark contrast to my experience at Andover, where I felt more like a transaction than a concerned pet owner. I believe their staff needs more training in thorough examinations and compassion.
I wouldn’t recommend Andover Vet based on my experience. No one should have to go through what we did.

I had a great experience at Andover Animal Hospital. Duke and I felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was kind and attentive, and I really appreciated how the doctor provided me with options for Duke's treatment, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident in the care Duke received and would highly recommend this place!

The entire animal care team, from Vets, to Techs, to the front desk are wonderful! They are very compassionate and never make us feel rushed. They take time to answer questions and explain things thoroughly. Their hours are very helpful too, especially for those of us who's animals always seem to injure themselves on Friday nights.

Everyone from the front staff to the doctors and those behind the scenes have great compassion,knowledge and quite frankly I would not go to anyone else. We have used Andover Animal Hospital since 1995 and have been indebted to all who are part of this organization

If I could give negative stars I would. I very rarely write google reviews. But this facility really upset me and my poor cat. I brought my cat in with vomiting and weight concerns. The tech and vet came in and handled her SO aggressively that it scared her and she started hissing and growling. I understand that they don’t know how new animals to them react and they want to do things for their own safety, but the way they grabbed behind her neck and YANKED her to hold her down put me in tears. Of course she started growling at them because she felt unsafe. And when I say this cat has never been aggressive at the vet… I mean it. The techs and vets I’ve worked with at any other facility comforted the animals, talked to them. Showed they genuinely love animals and pets. These two could not have been more cold towards her, treating her like she was an untamed tiger. I’m sure there are lovely staff here, But my experience was just awful and will not be returning.

Caring, responsive and knowledgeable vets, techs and staff who know our dogs and family well. We have been rescuing our pets for almost 20 years, and AAH has worked with us that whole time to provide the best care for animals with unique needs

Everyone knows whenever you need to call or see the vet, it's typically not going to turn out to be the greatest day for them or their pets, but everyone here is always nice, friendly, and accommodating so it makes it a little less stressful! Can't recommend them enough!

I been coming here since 2019 when I got my first pup , still here two pup's later.
We usually see Dr Faso and I always recommend her to anyone who asks me about my Vet. I drive close to a hour to come here. Both of my girls feel at home very comfortable. Dr Faso always explains things to me, if I have any concerns or questions ( i ask a lot of questions lol) she is more than happy to address them.
When my girls see her they wiggle their tails happy to see her. Ok enough about my amazing Vet that I hope she stays there for ever. Or if she goes somewhere make sure she let me know where she is going.
Front desk review. They are also awesome, always easy to get appointments, very easy if I need a prescription mailed, as I said I leave a hour away I not going 2 hour trip to pick up fleece and tick stuff ?, always happy and smiling and happy to help.

Front desk lady was a bit rude, not sure why. She had a demeanor of not wanting to be there or not wanting to acknowledge me. I stood there for about 10 minutes before she acknowledged me and she kept speaking very low not sure if it was purposely or not but I couldn’t hear her . When asked her to repeat she did so with a tone and attitude ….. threw me off a bit. But the doctor was great. I guess if recommended. Not sure .

I drove 2 hours to this hospital for emergency care for my bearded dragon. The staff was wonderful. When I called they managed to squeeze me into their schedule the next day, which is no small feat in veterinary care today. I'm 100% sure my pet is still alive thanks to their care. I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone.
