This clothing store is fabulous!! I used to have a woman that worked with me all the time! Her name was Joy!!! Now she’s in Shelburn Falls where she started her own business! So Joy! I’m coming to see you!? As for Zannas ! I hope you have my size 18 blue nydjeans!!!

I LOVE shopping at Zanna!! The clothes and shoes are high quality as well as one of a kind. I like the fact no one will be wearing what I have on!! The BEST part of shopping at Zanna is the STAFF! They know be my name, greet you with a smile and I am treated like I am the only one in the store. They make you feel special and I love how they can find the clothes for you that you , not only look good in, but would not have selected them by yourself!! It is my all time FAVORITE store and I highly recommend it!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Zanna is by far my favorite place to shop. The clothing is not only beautiful and high quality, but the service is outstanding. Every time I have gone in, whether it was for a special occasion or just for fun, Amy and her staff have gone out of their way to get to know what types of things I was interested in, presenting me with exquisite choices. Although I would not have ordinarily gravitated toward what they offered (my selections can be rather conservative), I was always very pleasantly surprised to find that this clothing looked great on me. I have gotten numerous compliments on every outfit I have purchased there. This is clothing that continues to look good and make me feel good year after year. I will continue to go back to Zanna again and again.

I have been a regular customer since it opened. They always have a wonderful selection of unique clothing, jewelry and shoes. They are very helpful and are always pleasant. I just went in to find an outfit for a wedding and came out with several options!!

I have gone in to this store a dozen times since 2009 and I have never been greeted ONCE. I have browsed, tried on clothes and watched other customers get the utmost attention. I just don’t get it. Stop ignoring people, please.

I used to shop here because I could find high quality, durable footwear, particularly the brand Dansko which is great for arch support. A few years ago I waited for their Dankso sale (because Dansko is very expensive and I’m on a tight budget) and bought some sandals with arch support I tried on in the store with the help of a sales associate. When I got home and actually tried to wear them, it was clear the stitching on the inside of the straps is was rubbing against my skin and painful to walk in and therefore useless. I went to return them and was told (rudely) all sale items are final sale, as though I should’ve just known this information (after all, there is a tiny sign sort of near the register that’s the size of a postcard you could easily miss if you’re looking at the person cashing you out during your checkout and not a tiny plastic thing on the counter.)Not only is it bad business to have non-clearance sale items final sale because you should stand by the merchandise you sell, but you’re telling someone who just dropped $140 dollars at your store that they’re stuck with shoes that hurt to use because of a very customer-unfriendly store policy. I pushed back enough that they let me do an exchange for a different pair of Dansko shoes, probably because the original pair literally caused pain and I was revving up to tell them exactly what I thought of their policy, but it still shorted me about 30 bucks in store credit which I can’t even use, as nothing there costs that little and I’m certainly not going back for something more pricy and giving them another cent. They lost my business that day for good, but I hope they feel pleased about scamming a woman out of what little money she has.PS. Don’t sign up for their email mailing list unless you want to be spammed into oblivion with marketing emails and completely unnecessary weekly updates about their store hours.

Their stuff is really cute and looks high quality but I was i impressed at the attitude of the salespeople. I walked in to browse and wasn’t even really greeted. Nobody came to help me although there was only one other customer in the store. As I was looking at the clothing two of the employees started to complain about how all the UMass students coming back were going to bring the town so many cases and that they “should’ve stayed home”. As a Umass student I was put off by this statement; local business would pretty much not exist without students in the area. Probably won’t be returning... cute stuff but unimpressive employee attitudes.

I went looking for shoes, and they had an interesting selection. Not enough stock in larger sizes, but perhaps I should be thanking them for this? My actual review is 4.5 stars, based on interesting styles (5*) but low stock (4*) but I rounded up because the workers were nice.
