The best service to use if you are traveling between Bradley International and Amherst or surrounding areas. THE BEST. I have used VT more than once and always with outstanding customer service. Most recently, my driver had to wait for me (as my flight was very delayed) and got me home safe through dense fog (a great driver). I am truly grateful and will always choose Valley Transporter for these airport trips.

Pickup from home is always reliable. I never worry about being picked up.Pickup from the airport was perfect, even early. In the past, when my flight is delayed they go above and beyond to get me home no matter what!

Coming back from MA, and I am so pleased with the quality of their service. It was easy to call and book. Every person I talked to on the phone was very friendly. They follow up.All the drivers were punctual, polite and nice.

We booked a 10-passenger van to bring our group to Boston for a work event - two consecutive years. They were great to work with and the drivers were both great! Nice vehicle - it made our event more fun to be able to ride together.

I totally agree with the other excellent reviews: My first experience using Valley Transporter was absolutely perfect! It was so convenient and easy to use this service to and from Bradley Airport. Five stars and very much recommended!

A very professional transport service from start of the reservation to drop-off at the airport. The employees all seem to really enjoy their jobs and giving service. They took away all worries of getting to and back from Logan.

Excellent service from home to Logan airport. They judged perfectly how long it would take and got us there in calm and comfort. Jay was an excellent driver and friendly. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that they’re a little expensive. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone not on a limited budget. Otherwise better to try to figure out how to use busses or drive to Framingham and take airport bus from there or to the train station up by Route 2 somewhere.

I would highly recommend Valley Transporter for transportation needs! I booked Valley Transporter this past August for our wedding to transport our wedding parties and I was incredibly happy with the service. The driver was prompt and respectful, and the vehicle was clean and spacious. Also, I found the Valley transporter office staff to be helpful and willing to answer my questions. I really appreciated their great customer service. Thank you Valley Transporter!
