They don’t like Black and Brown people. Was treated like a child for following instructions THEY GAVE about purchasing shipping labels, talked to in a condescending manner and made to feel like a burden on the worker, and watched a Latina woman experience verbal abuse and public humiliation by the white man working the counter. DO NOT GO HERE.

I just needed to reach my local post office. That was impossible. Furthermore, the USPS website gives the wrong zip code. And the is no way to reach a human being. You don’t want to hear my further comments.

I was yelled at on the phone by a woman named Nancy. Not gonna lie I was having a horrible day and her abuse made everything worse. IT COSTS NOTHING TO BE KIND.

Be careful with the old white blonde lady ?She is so mean and unprofessional. I asked her whether I can send a phone in the international priority package, and she checked and said yes. Now my package is back and no refund for my 90 dollars. I don't want to pay for the mistake she made. Also, She asked me to buy a new tape but it’s totally fine to use the counter one. Stop being so mean and racist ok? Another guy at counter is good. You just need to be careful with that old lady.?

A worker called Nancy yelled at me for showing up close to end of day, tried to kick me out and send me to diff office even though they were still open, and kept harrassing me as I'm trying to close the box about how she's been there since 4am and I had all day to show up. I asked if my label was fine and she barks at me with no patience that she's holding the postage. This is inappropriate and rude behavior for a service I'm paying a lot of money for. She probably abuses a lot of college students.

The clerk Nancy has been know to make up false allegations to where she had to issue a written apology. Management did however confirm appropriate actions were taken .

This a good post office but Yesterday I went in had lady with short hair and glasses asked if she can tape something that I couldn’t tape it & she was like it’s whatever like she was really rude it’s everytime I go there she seem to have attitude
