I went there this morning because I needed some assistance getting the gears off to my electric bike hub motor. All I needed was 2 things, snap ring pliers and a vice. The guy snapped at me and said "they don't do small projects for customers go somewhere else." Such unprofessionalism in a nice small town. Time to retire.

Super competent and knowledgeable mechanics. I would buy a car from them, and plan to take my car there for maintenance.By the way, I am the daughter of a Seabee (Okinawa and New Guinea) who loved to repair Chevys on Saturday morning. I know good mechanics when I see them! Reasonable prices too!

Today icall to find out information about their cars for sale . The person that answer the Telephone was the owner's son he was Very rude and unprofecional .Iwas given a sarcastic and rude attitude when iask afew questions about their cars for sale. Iwas ask why are you stressing and asking so many questions do you work for the FBI? All I ask him was are your cars from private sellers, or from auctions? what is the warranty on the car onced purchase. Iwas surprised to have dealt with such unprofessional greeting, iwas told the owner had agood reputation he's been in town for more than 40 years.

As mechanics, I found Ren's in Amherst, MA to be dishonest and unprofessional. I will never go back to them.

They give you a price, do the work, and then charge significantly more without giving any notice. Also caught them adding in parts that were not necessary. Deeply unimpressed by Ren's in Amherst, MA. Will never, ever go back there. Beware.

I fully support Mr. Gladu's decision in not selling gas. This man is making a very difficult decision, and putting his morals before his wallet. So if you live in the region, support this business. Get an oil change, tire rotation, or whatever your vehicle might need from Ren's Mobil Service.

Yelled at me when my phone died before I could use apple pay. Threatened to call the cops on me when I asked to charge it in the office to pay and then once it was charged they claimed to not have the order anymore...they told me it was my fault for using an app they said they accepted before pymping my gas...not to mention the owner and the attendant werent wearing masks
