Walked into the store on a Friday morning to get a birthday bouquet and was very pleased with the courteous and prompt service. I expected to find ready-made bouquets but was offered a custom arrangement of flowers on hand. The flowers were fresh, skillfully selected and arranged, and right on the budget I asked for. Couldn't have been a better experience.

This is the local florist to support in Amherst. They are extremely accommodating and efficient. I called by phone from out of state, and Candice was courteous and helpful. The service at Knowles is everything the corporate conglomerate florists are not. If you want beautiful flowers for a special occasion, Knowles is the real deal, a brick-and-mortar business that serves its community the right way.

I ordered flower gift the internet order from other area so I had no idea how they are. NOT kind when calling to ask about my order. Misspelling in a handwriting card. Not recommended.

I need up my pickup date, but they were able to accommodate me anyway. Even as busy as they were on Valentine's Day. Friendly service and a beautiful arrangement.

Not a great experience. I walked in with no one to be found, and lots of dying flower arrangements around me. That should have been my first sign but I was in a rush and just needed something quick. They didn't have any premade arrangements so I had to pick some flowers by the stem, which were not cheap. Each stem, regardless of the style of flower, was at least $3-5 a piece. A measly bouquet of half dying flowers was $35.....I should have just gone a little further for a better experience.

I walked in with a pretty generic request, I needed something for my wife’s birthday. Within 15 minutes I walked out with a beautiful arrangement that still looked beautiful nearly 2 weeks later. Strong recommend from me.
