These guys are awesome!!
I had some damage done to my front bumper from a deer, and the crew at Fort Hill made the whole process so easy. On my initial call, I spoke with Kristian, who was so kind and helpful. Deb is fantastic! I came in and met Deb, and she helped guide me through the initial steps needed on my end, (contacting the insurance company, appraiser and timeline of car rental). Her communication was excellent and she always answered any questions I had and kept me up to date on the status of my car.
Upon picking up my car, Adam explained everything to me that was repaired, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
They made the whole process super easy, worked directly with my insurance company if there were any follow-ups needed, and my car looked great!
I would highly recommend them!

I have an older car with some denting in the front fender. Another auto shop told me they couldn’t replace my headlight lamp without getting that fixed, but the guys at Fort Hill worked on it and got a new lamp in without needing to do a whole fender repair! Forever grateful to these folks for their hard work and friendly service!

While my damage was fixed well, there were several factors of my interaction with Fort Hill that left me disappointed. Hopefully my negative experiences were isolated and rare.
I had called over the phone to check what availability they had and was told multiple times they had availability on 2/5. Since that was sooner than an appointment I had elsewhere I went to sign consent papers. Only after I signed was I informed their earliest availability was actually 2/12. Whatever, I already consented to service.
Once my car was in for service I was not given any of their text updates, so called myself for an update on 2/23. Whatever, I can call myself, no biggie.
There was a delay due to insurance, so I called insurance to encourage the process. I understand being frustrated with insurance, but the attitude Debbie had on the three way call with insurance and myself was embarrassing.
Lastly, I had duct tape on my bumper on the opposite side from the damage from an unrelated plastic undercarriage cover being loose. The duct tape was removed during service, but nothing was reapplied to secure said loose piece, it was not even secured to the bumper with a bolt the way it should be. It has since come loose and got destroyed due to not being resecured. I was perfectly content with my duct tape, the removal of which destroyed my loose part. Again, damage from the collision was fixed nicely and is very much appreciated, but mostly every other aspect of my interaction with Fort Hill was a disappointment.
