Now you can't even talk to the pharmacy directly! When you think CVS can't sink any lower, they do!

Sometimes the people who work in the pharmacy are incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. Other times the employees that answer the telephone are curt, sometimes hang up, and appear to be overworked.

This is the worst pharmacy. The pharmacists are rude and seem not to care about the patients. They try to find any reason not to serve you and to let you go without your medicine.
