Friendly, but a frustrating experience that involved many hours on the phone with my pharmacy insurance. It finally got resolved, but I can't recommend if you have out of state insurance.

Best pharmacy in the area - prescriptions are filled quickly and the customer service is far better than anything at larger chain pharmacies. Kind and helpful staff, highly recommend.

This guy knows little about compounding, and even less about people skills. He obfuscates, dissimulates, and when pressed for clarity, he hangs up. No thanks. We got our compounding prescription filled at another place, with great savings.

I love the IDEA of an independent pharmacy. They are small and easy to get to and try to be helpful.... But they never had my prescription in stock, they never called me if it came in, never called if they told me it would be in Monday and it wasn't. After too many back and forth phone calls and trips every month, I switched to cvs and miraculously my prescription is ready several hours after my doctor sends it and I can even go right through the drive through... I wish I could give a better review because I hate cvs on principle... But

This is the best pharmacy I’ve been too. They’re super friendly, they always have refills ready when they say they will and i’ve never had a single problem with them. They make me feel like a valued patient and not just a customer. I will never go back to a corporate pharmacy ever again.

I now use Amherst Pharmacy for all my medication needs. There is little to no waiting time - unlike the huge pharmacy chains. Staff is friendly and professional. Most importantly, I have access to the pharmacist who is very knowledgable and has time to answer my questions.

Nice small little shop. I had called the day before for a prescription and they waited till I got there to run my insurance even though they had all the information then told me they were having problems. I drove about 45 minutes to get the prescription so wasn't to happy but they figured it out and I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to be done.
