They apparently don't allow co signers if you have bad credit. Better communication could benefit the experience of others in the future. I was not happy, as I was denied and told that they don't use co signers if you have bad credit.......

Super confusing to work with, all information was sent in a million different emails and from different people who clearly weren't communicating with each other. But they do work fast and respond to emails quickly..

I have been trying to contact them for over a month with both emails and phone calls and I don't ever receive a call or email. Extremely hard to get a hold of them especially when interested in a specific listing. Very disappointing

Used 413 to get off campus housing for next year and everything went amazingly. Jack Boyce was wonderful with showing us the place and making sure we understood everything we had to do. They’re also very accommodating for everyone.

Used them to get an off-campus house, and has gone without a hitch. Company is quick to respond and gets maintenance done fast. Working with property manager Katie and leasing manager Jack Boyce have been very pleasant.

Bad experience with 413lease.It is hard to get in touch with them. There was no way to speak to anyone on their phone line, and they took a while to get back to us over email even when we were applying for a lease that started the next week and were trying to find out our application status.When they finally gave us our application results, we found out we were denied for the reason of "insufficient income". The application for the place said we need to make over 3 times the amount in income of monthly rent. Between everyone on our rental application, we obviously surpass the required income level, so their reason for denying us seems to make no sense.

Extremely upset by a recent interaction I had with 413 Leasing as they scheduling a showing of my property and provided me with less than 24 hours notice that 3 strangers were going to be entering my home, I work from home and had no option but to remain there while they paraded through. When I mentioned my discomfort with this occurring it was met with little to no concern. They are clearly focused on bringing in new renters since I am leaving which I understand. However I am still a customer of theirs for the next couple of months and it just makes me feel very trapped.

I contacted them regarding a property through their website contact page and left a voicemail as well. It took them a week to get back to me to just say the property was rented. Of course it was, it was a week! I won’t inquire about another one of their properties.
