“In the process of restoring my 18th century barn with new cedar shakes I knew I had to go see Tom at Aubuchon in Haverhill for advice and stain samples. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable about all the different applications and products but he’s also willing to go above and beyond. He went as far as transferring product from other store’s out of state and even picking some of it up himself after work to make sure I had it in time for my project.I would recommend anyone with a paint or stain project go see Tom at Aubuchon in Haverhill, you wont be disappointed.”

“I didn't have a chance to tour the inside recently but I remember that this Home Depot looks like other Home Depots. Usually well stocked with shelves that tower over your head!
I actually needed garden supplies and I found deals on ? flowers. There was a huge selection of flowers and plants. The item I needed was on sale.

“Phenomenal customer service. I spoke with Al (great name!) a few times, and he was courteous, patient, and most importantly had a great sense of humor. Not only did the price average out to about $1.50 cheaper PER BOARD than the big box stores (I did the math), I much prefer to support a local business. “Bought a grill here today and it was prebuilt. It was about 2 inches too big for my SUV so I needed to take the lid off to make it fit. Christine helped me try to load it and we realized we needed to remove a part. I didn't have tools on me so she ran back in to get some tools to help remove the hood. “We had a terrible experience with a samsung dryer we purchased on-line. The samsung folks have a completely broken process, poor communication, and an awful delivery team. We spoke the seabrook Home Depot store manager (Dave). After weeks of failed promises from Samsung, Dave took full ownership of the issue, replaced the dryer and personally delivered it. While, we wont be purchasing Samsung, we will shop solely with Home Depot because of the outstanding customer service.”
