The equipment is outdated and somewhat faulty. The top-tier wash is not worth the $18.00 price point. The sprayers are clogged, and the drying function barely works. The dog wash area is in a state of disrepair, with an unpleasant odor of urine rather than dogs. It is in need of demolition and reconstruction, or at the very least, significant renovation. I recommend avoiding this establishment unless there are no other options available.

Waste of $20. Car is just as dirty as it was post wash. Save your money. This is the actual worst wash I've ever gotten.

I have an oversized Wrangler that doesn't fit into the normal tunnel washer (not the reason for poor rating), so I have to always use the touchless or self wash options. I truly only care about washing the undercarriage, so I prefer the self wash option and had to leave as it was cash only. Then going to the touchless options I had to pay the top tier option just to get the undercarriage wash option, fine NBD. Until when I drive forward the undercarriage washer spits mist for 2 seconds and quits with the timer shows 18 seconds remaining. So, wasted all the extra money spent for a broken feature, the only feature I needed. Luckily enough I was able to sit through the rest of the wash that still didn't touch my frame and enjoy the sounds of a unit that hasn't been greased in years.

Wicked lousy job. I went through touch free wash bay. Paid for middle grade car wash $14.00. My car wasn't even clean when done. Windshield was still dirty on both sides and film on sides of car. Very disappointed

The folks working at the car wash are wonderful and always so pleasant, cheerful, and humble. They always take the extra time to wash my by hand with the sprayer and the hand brush before sending it through the automatic wash.

Worst car wash around. Half the stuff is broken. Car is never completely clean, might as well drive down 110 a couple miles to Salisbury and get a decent wash

Guy was working hard! 5 stars for him but when I came out the lower driver's side of my door was still soapy. Possibly wash sprayers on lower drivers side were out? Usually pretty good...

Car had not been driven for a while so there was a some rain splattered dirt on the sides. I wanted a touch free wash so that I didn't risk the soft touch beaters rubbing the loose sand on the sides. I went for the $14 wash instead of the cheap wash and the car came out looking just as dirty as when it went in! There are signs all over saying that if you are not happy then they will re-wash it for you, however, there is no information on how to get in touch with someone to complain. Frustrating waste of money.

Good prices, very detailed on the pre wash and car looked great at the end. Well dried too with a towel, air combo.
