This trip to CVS was for a birthday card for our grandson. The selection was poor in that category. The selection of items in general in this store overall was meager. The nearby Wallgreens is a much better stock store overall.

Poor customer service in minute

My insurance did not want to cover the name brand prescription and the pharmacist got it to go through, they worked their magic. Yes, they are very busy, but when push comes to shove CVS gets stuff done.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Rude, incompetent staff.

I do not like cvs period , but this particular one had an overzealous loss prevention employee who falsely accused me of theft- over two thousand dollars for an attorney to get the charges thrown out and that’s not all cvs also caused me to lose my vehicle by saying my seizure meds were ready and being held - I go to pick them up and am feeling funny because I missed a day , guess what the super typical CVs employee said when I got there - oh we actually don’t have that in Stock and it’s a long weekend so we can’t fill it for three days . I had a seizure on my way home and hit a telephone poll- thanks CVs ! Tooo bad loss prevention wasn’t our for a walk after looting the store and standing in front of the pole. W whomever made no effort to help me fill my seizure med even when I explained to him I need them to drive and feel funny have no other way home!who needs a car and why take seizure medication as directed it’s not like it’s important if you drive or anything. I’m calling corporate and giving them an itemized bill for over five thousands dollars when it all is combined between the attorney fees? The humiliation of being almost 40 and having them make a rediculous scene accusing me of shoplifting ( i think the employee stole the stuff and blamed me I used to go in there a lot and the stuff that I supposedly stole but that no one could find because, I didn’t take anything I have a kid at home who needs me?, had been missing for quite some time . They lied and told the police they just faced the shelves and everything had been in its place . Total lie on the part of loss prevention: I have a feeling she loots the store and then gets the money back by having random people arrested . Fortunately I just got a ticket because the police finally realized this wasn’t making sense and the employees started screaming at the police for me still being there ( I hear the police say I don’t think she’s a danger to anyone I guess they don’t need to find their “missing merchandise” I know corporate is probably just going to act stupid but they wasted a lot of money I could have spent on my daughter and her dad who is dying of cancer - we don’t have a car anymore thanks to cvs so he has to take a bus to his treatments thanks CVs. That’s ok he can wait for his leukemia’s treatment! This company is the scum of the earth, you can probably meet nicer people on death row!

Horrible experience. The pharmacy manager is so rude. I have never dealt with anyone this arrogant or unprofessional before! He does not deserve a job there or anywhere in customer service for that matter. Negative stars.

The communication between the staff and customers is on the level of communication with first graders. I called in a prescription at noon. Was told it would be ready in a couple of hours. I waited 4 hours, to be sure. When I arrived, after waiting in line I was told (as the employee was holding my bagged and tagged meds) that the script I needed had to be "checked" by the pharmacist. He didn't explain what that meant, only that the pharmacist was giving vaccines right now. OK, so are you telling me to go home? Are you telling me to take a seat and wait? If I come back in another 2 hours, will I be sent away again if the pharmacist is busy? Are we talking 2 or 12 vaccines??? He provided no guidance whatsoever, just said that there was nothing he could do. So I sat a while. Then approached the order counter to get some clarity. The girl working this counter is short, squat with dark hair and glasses, and is unpleasant at every encounter. I've never seen her smile at, or acknowledge a customer. When she gets around to addressing you, her attitude is very much, 'what do you want'. I explained the situation and asked her what having my prescription checked meant. She said that when the pharmacist was finished with the next vaccine, they would have him check the prescription. I said, "Thank you, that's all I wanted was an answer." She snottily replied, "Well, you got an answer." I would have been floored, but she's rude to everyone. I know it's a busy pharmacy but if dealing with the public is something that puts you out, try another profession. Had they communicated a plan that didn't have me confused about WHEN I could stand in line all over again for my meds, if I should drive home and come back, etc, the situation would have been clear. If the check is just a visual thing, why not just explain to the customer to have a seat, and we'll have it checked within 15 minutes instead of leaving people twisting in the breeze with no time estimate??? What is so hard about asking if you don'thave an answer? How about a stamp mechanism, so that checked meds can be ready for pick up? "I don't know when it'll be," is just not an answer to someone who waited an extra 2 hours(4 total), then waited in line, and is sick. To make things worse, they never bothered to communicate or call my name after it was checked. I just wandered up there after a while, waited in line again, and found out it was ready. My guess, you folks could diffuse a lot unpleasant interactions with common sense and communication.

I was in this location the other day and I had three different people ask me if I needed help with anything and were very very kind and surpassed my past experiences with CVS locations in general! The pharmacy was also exceptionally kind to me! These reviews from a year ago seem to be outdated and since many only report on negative reviews I’m reporting positive so this 2 star review can raise up a bit!

I cannot live without my life/saving medication. I showed up this week only to find out my medication was out back on the shelf. I was given a 2 hour time frame to come back. There was a 20 minute line after I came back in 2 hours, and when I finally got to the front they told me it would be another hour. I got in line the next day at 1:22, as the drive through closes at 1:30 for lunch. By the time I got to the window, it was 1:29 and the cvs employee was rolling down a metal screen without acknowledging that I had been waiting for this moment to get my life -saving medication for 2 days now. My 3rd time showing up, in the midst of working full time and taking care of young children. I've worked in customer service for 20 years. I have managed employees, owned businesses and worked with people my entire adult life. There is absolutely no excuse for this.

Terribly inefficient pharmacy-don’t get your every day prescriptions filled here unless you want constant frustrations and lonnggg wait times on the phone- they never pick up when you need to speak to a real person, and the automated refill system is awful
