My daughter's car broke down. I made the call, they towed it to the dealer. Job done. While I hope not to need them again, it's nice to know they are there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. To start off, I requested a tow to my boyfriend’s car through AAA on Friday 12/9/2022. He was there with his car, waiting for the tow as I was back at home in a different town. (Note: I haven’t learned how to drive yet). After waiting, they got a tow from Amesbury, MA. I don’t know which exact tow service it was as there’s more than one when I looked it up on Google. My boyfriend explained something to him and the guy, who’s name was Alfred, just left my boyfriend stranded there. Did not help him. The next day, I call for a tow for his car, they couldn’t find a person. I waited for 7 hours. 7 hours, and cancelled because they found a person. That person got delayed. They got another person this time from Amesbury, ALSO delayed. So delayed for 7 hours? I wasted my time. Now the 3rd day, last night I physically wait at the car. Tow guy coming from Amesbury. Was supposed to be there by 6:40 pm. We waited till 8. Delay. Running out of time, really annoying. Asked for an agent, waited 30mins-1hr for just an agent. They called, I told them I don’t need their service and I’m all good. Meaning, you guys are getting a bad review. 3 nights in a row a living nightmare trying to get my boyfriend’s car to our mechanic. Useless. AAA has NEVER been this bad.

This tow driver was perhaps the worst person I have Ever dealt with . Maybe triple A gave bad directions , but I'm handicap and older , stuck roadside and he cries that he's wasting his gas and" I don't need this ". Disrespectful , hangs up on me when I tell him I don't appreciate his attitude ? You been warned , good luck .

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Amesbury Towing. A father/son team with a good clean appearance and extremely punctual service. I towed an antique car about 30 miles and I felt 100% COMFORTABLE with them being in care of my car. Would highly recommend.Service: Local hauling

They were very quick but $75 to get the key that was locked in my car was crazy price for something that took less than 5 minutes

When my vehicle needed towing to the dealer just now this towing service called me immediately to check on the location and situation of my vehicle and assured me they would be here within the hour. The gentleman was knowledgeable and reassuring which was so great because I was feeling stressed. I got text messages to keep me updated with their arrival time and they arrived in good time. The two gentlemen who worked to get my car on the truck were so professional and very reassuring that they would take care of my vehicle and deliver it to the workshop. It really helped me feel better about my broken down vehicle experience. I would not hesitate to use Amesbury Towing Service in the future and recommend it highly!
