Totally disappointed with the junk fees added to the bill:
1. DOCUMENT STORAGE SAFEGUARD $3.OO
2. SHOPE SUPPLIES $2.00
The charges are pure money grab. They were not itemized when booking the appointment.
The advertised price should include all miscellaneous charges that the dealer feels they are entitled to.

I walked into this dealership knowing what I wanted. I was immediately assisted to the fullest. Makenzi was my salesperson and she was very knowledgable, smart and super helpful in the whole process. Great place to purchase a Chevy. Nick in sales was awesome. We had been to 2 other dealers and this one is clearly a no games great price Hassel free experience that I highly recommend. The truck was better equipped and a better deal on purchase and trade in money.
