Went in today to book an appointment for my wife’s car. The service manger couldn’t be bothered to look up my GM warranties for my vehicle, told me I was making up what I just signed up for a month and a half ago. All set with that, I’ll happily go back to NuCar of Lowell Chevrolet for all my service needs even if this place is more convenient.

I get my suv serviced there and I’m always taken care of. The guy Anthony in that department is awesome!!! he always gets it done fast considering I always have my 4 year old daughter with me. He makes the experience stress free!! I have never been to a dealer with no stress til I met Anthony at Chevy. What a great service manager!!! I will always be back.. thanks again for a great experience at Chevy!

Been to a lot of dealerships but this is the ALL-TIME WORST! Went in after seeing a vehicle they showed me. I asked what are the hidden fees? They said none you pay "exactly what's on the sticker plus paperwork fees". What are the sticker fees? ..."almost a thousand dollars". We'll I've been to other Local Chevrolet dealers and their all charging just a few hundred dollars... whatever. I get ready to buy the car and then they ask how I'm paying? I say my Credit Union...They say to get the sticker I HAVE TO USE THEIR FINANCE COMPANIES OR THE PRICE GOES UP SEVERAL THOUSAND FROM THE STICKER" Absolutely slimy underhanded price swapping B.S. Then the manager comes out and arrogantly says "Well that's how we do business here" . We'll evidently they enjoy price gouging and sticker price swapping and don't like to sell cars there. It shouldn't matter how a customer decides to pay for their car period.

WARNING WARNING WARNING I went to Amesbury Chevrolet for a new personal plow truck. I discussed plowing with the salesman and appraiser. I was recommended a 2022 Silverado 1500 and paid $45,000.00 for the truck. I find out 2 days later that you can't add a plow to this vehicle without voiding the warranty. They told me keep it for a couple of months and then trade it in. On top of this the salesperson said I never asked for a plow truck and that he was not a mind reader. I have reached out to them numerous times and they don't call back. WARNING WARNING. Now I'm stuck with a truck I can't use. Very unhappy.

Horrible service..tried them on many occasions. Brakes, they say i always need Rotors, charge you for looking at your car for a estimate.

Recently visited for service / repair. Service person who was present was not helpful at all. Acted like I wasn't even in the room. Visited and made appt In person he acted like he'd never seen me before. Asked to get a problem diagnosed. After 3 hrs I called nothing was done and he told me they couldn't get to my truck. I went back to pick it up. Again he acted like he'd never seen me before. Is it this dealership, should I try again?

AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!!! Placed a deposit on a truck and when I went to get it I was told I would have to pay $2000 extra to pay cash. So I agreed to finance. And then they came back and said they were going to charge me $2000 extra to finance because they "couldn't trust I wouldn't pay it off early". Because I wrote a factual review about these details for other potential costumers they told me they will not sell to me at all. I spent hours and hours of my day on this. They were very rude and unprofessional for no reason!!!! I was willing to pay the money and ready to purchase the vehicle. Very disheartening experience. Left me in tears on what should have been a very exciting day for us.

my daughter took her 2016 truck in for oil/filter change and rotate tires. well a week later i her father replaced the rear brakes... when i went to do fronts got lugs off but could not get wheel off as its frozen on....one has to ask if they just rotated the tires last week wouldnt you think they should come off?? i dont think they ever did rotate them as the wear is to much for a week of driving..... i believe they may have tried to but couldnt get them off but they charged for it...... i think they did the same thing before on a alighnment she paid for but never got as there were NO wrench marks on any frontend parts..... they just rebuilt the place and have to pay for it i guess..... stay away from this place as i think they rip people off especially women...

I bought a lemon and they won’t fix it. They tell me it’s within spec yet nobody can sleep while the truck is in motion. It’s been in 4 times and they tell me the truck shaking and slamming is normal. Worst service center around. Take my advice and go somewhere else. $33,500 for a truck that shakes down the highway and clunks and slams when coming to a stop.

I spoke to a Stephanie a sales person on putting a deposit on a truck. She needed to talk to manager first. Spoke to her 3 times on me putting a deposit on a truck that was still in transit. She assured me I was first to purchase truck. Today I call and trucks sold and I would have needed to put a deposit down in person not over the phone. So policy changed in less than 24 h without even calling me first as I would certainly have gone in person.

Skyler, Makenzi, and Kelcey were great. I would recommend this dealership. They continued to provide great service after the sale and were honest and easy to work with.
