I recently went to pick up my internet equipment in-store, and I had a great experience. I met David during the visit, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He made sure I had all the information I needed and even took the time to answer my questions. David's customer service was top-notch, and I left the store feeling confident about my new internet plan. Highly recommend this location for in-store pickups!

Went Friday afternoon to get a new cable box -- was delighted to find a parking place right in front, and then to be greeted in person by Princess M. She was great -- very knowledgeable, personable, and service with a smile. She gave me a better box than the one I was returning, and then did an overall review of my subscription and services. Though she couldn't save me any $$ for now, I felt she did the best she could.

Proceed with caution. Xfinitiy continued billing me long after i canceled my account. Be careful sharing your checking account with xfinitiy for auto-pay. They will continue to auto withdraw funds from your checking account. They also will not have any live agents to speak with, and make you use text message to speak to an agent. No issues with this particular kiosk

The worst service ever, please dont choose them. Xfinity cancelled my service without ANY notification or warning to me and now I have to pay the exact same amount of money again. LOL
The extra star is for the staff not for xfinity.

Run. Save yourself. Never use Xfinity service. I cannot cancel my service. Took me 2 store visits, 4 calls to the customer service with total of 7 hours but I cannot cancel my service despite they said my account is terminated. Why are you still charging if my account is terminated? Xfinity is scam

I had a major issue with Xfinity that I tried to have rectified via phone with their customer service department. After multiple dealings with customer service, and still not getting resolution, I made an appointment at the Xfinity store in Allston. I first dealt with Chris, who was very helpful. But because of the situation, he referred me to the manager, Patrick Saldana. I am giving them 5 stars, as Patrick went above and beyond to make things right. I greatly appreciated his professionalism, as well as his patience! Through this experience, I found out that dealing with this location is the best way to go if I have any issues in the future. Thank you for all your help!
