“I had a nail in one of my tires and was slowly leaking. Walked in to the shop and was attended immediately. After accessment, the tire was not repairable because it was close to the sidewall. My tires are all around 7/32 thread depth. They offered a used tire that was very similar in thread depth for a reasonable price, including balancing and installation. Was in and out in 1 hour. Pretty good for a walk in. While waiting, many people also dropped by and asked for help either for alignment or replacing a tire. Highly recommended. I prefer local shops to chains and this is why.”

“Wife and I went to Encore and drove out losers in more ways than one, as we realized we had a flat tire. I happened to pull over near Vito’s shop and the owner’s brother saw us and came over to say he could help. He took off the tire, plugged it and filled it with air so we could get on our way. He wouldn’t take any money to help us either. Just saw we needed help and took the time out of his evening to assist us. We don’t live that close to Everett but it’s very clear this shop is ran by great people who won’t take advantage of you. Thank you for your help!!!”
“Rob did a great job straightening some bent rims for me a few years back with a quick turnaround and reasonable price. Now I had some corroded wheel locks that the dealership couldn't help with. I was lucky to come across Rob again. Rob worked wonders getting them off! He was nice enough to put in so much time and effort to help me out. He fixed some wheels for me a few years ago and now he saved a few wheels. Highly recommend!”

“Stevo installed a new AC compressor that I'd purchased online in my old '09 Chevy Malibu. The old one was grinding (bearings maybe gone) and a bypass pulley wasn't available: I didn't care about AC working so I didn't want it recharged. They were willing to do what I wanted, which was so appreciated because several other shops were unwilling: they would only install their parts, which were hundreds of dollars more expensive than the one I chose, they wanted to recharge the AC system- basically they wanted to do things their way. The car is old and I don't want to spend money to make it perfect. Stevo got me going with what I wanted, he was a good communicator, and I will definitely take my business to him again in the future. Thank you!”

“I came to Center Automotive for a second opinion because my car was driving weird and I assumed it was muly brake system. Despite what the first place I went to said (to get all new brakes, calipers, and rotors for $2k). Center Automotive told me that everything was fine! They didn't want me to spend money on something that wasn't needed. I have a lot of respect for Jim and the team here for being respectful and honest to me.
