Disastrous location. Unprofessional staff and also always understaffed. DON'T send your stuff here for pickup. Fedex should really shut this one down or completely refresh the staff. I selected this location as a pick up point and they have lost 3 of my packages. When asked about them, the staff seemed clueless as to what may have happened. They also don't take care to check ID for package pickup.

Horrible site and staff! They don’t know how to treat their customers . Most of them don’t know how to operate the system and generate a label with the QR code and are dependent on the manager. Better to go any other location rather than coming here and wasting your time

The people was extremely helpful it was a bad situation trying to print out a label for FedEx but they kept their patience and help me and completed the transaction although initially I was pretty upset it was taking so long but that's life the people was pretty much sincere and friendly
