I have washed my clothes there a few times, anytime I went and washed my clothes and then came back, I realized some Pieces of my clothes were missing, I never thought of this laundry like this , until I lost 9 brand new white T-shirts ?, I finally realized and stop going there ,I used to put clothes in dryer then I used to go out and walked on Brighton ave and then come back, I think people who wash clothes in this laundry most of them are Spanish people, I am not blaming them but definitely someone from them is a thief , be very careful if you wash your clothes there, don’t leave the laundry and watch out all the time ,

This laundry service refused to place an “out or order” sticker on a machine after we discovered it was not working. I asked, “How are people supposed to know not to put their clothes in there?” The employee responded, “This one is working”, pointed to a different machine, and walked away.If you come to this laundromat, I recommend you ask the staff which of the available machines are working. Have them point out a machine that is working before you put your clothes in it.To stop this inefficiency and inconvenience for customers, I’d strongly recommend Express create “out of order” signs, or at least set out dry erase markers, so that staff and/or customers can easily label machines “out of order” when they’re not working. That way customers don’t waste their time putting their clothes in and out of broken machines. It’s also worth noting, this laundromat has a policy where customers can remove other customers’ clothes the minute the clothes are done even if there are other machines available. We had two loads going at once. They finished at the same time. By the time we had removed laundry from one machine and put it into a dryer, another customer had already removed our other load of laundry and put it into a basket. I checked with the staff and they confirmed that their policy is that any customer can remove any clothes from any machine the minute the cycle is finished. I think it would be good for Express to post this policy on their front door so that customers are aware of it. I also think it would be good for Express to allow customers 5 minutes to move their laundry before other customers are allowed to remove their clothes. We have started using One Stop Cleaners a block away where we pay $1.50/pound for a done-for-you service. It would be great if Express made some changes so that it can be a better self-serve alternative.

Today I felt racist treatment from the lady supervising the provision of services. I think that sitting and talking to others is more important to her than performing her work, for which she takes money.

Really decent place to do laundry on the regular. Machines are well maintained. Prices reasonable, which keeps creepy peeps away

Been going here for 5-6 years now. Staff is always welcoming and friendly, always busy. They offer wash and fold but I only ever use self service. Can get busy on the weekend, I topically go on week nights and never had an issue not getting a machine. The machines are clean, never had any clothing damaged or destroyed. Also, grate you don't have to scramble for quarter, they have a laundry card ($1fee) you can load and reuse. They will also cash out the card and refund you the $1. Could use a good high dusting.

Their wash and fold is $1.10 per pound, the best price I’ve found in Boston. They did a good job, their jobs are hard, reviewers complaining about the “rude staff” need to grow up.

Solid prices, good space/selection, and run by a friendly family! I can do about 40 lbs of mixed laundry for $12 bucks using their machines.Pro-tip: Wash backpacks seasonally in the small $4 washers.

DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR BUSINESS!!! i took advantage of their wash and fold laundry service and they changed the price per pound without telling anyone then proceeded to add $40 in fees bringing my laundry bill to $190 which is absolutely insane then the employees have the nerve to give an attitude when i asked about the extra fees and refused to show me the original receipt for $150. STAY AWAY!!!

Its very dirty here. I dont think this place has ever thoroughly been cleaned since 1985. If this is the only option to clean your laundry, so be it, but you probably wont be very impressed with the space. Just gets the job done.

No need for coins, pay with their laundry card(refill by cash). Takes same time to wash clothes if you think the machines work faster than other places. Machines are big and you can easily wash/dry heavy loads.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews of this place, the employees that work here are always very nice and helpful everytime I’ve interacted with them. It is not an easy job by any means, they are very busy making sure the wash and fold service is executed well, I often see them cleaning the laundry mat as well but hundreds of people are in and out of that place all day, lots of kids , lots of people who could care less about being clean and respectful, and people are just gross in general….especially when there mess is some one else’s problem. It’s a busy laundry mat not the Ritz…service is good, machines work well, prices are reasonable, plenty of places to sit and relax while you wait for laundry to finish up, and plenty of tables to fold it after it’s done. I’ve never had a bad experience here and am grateful to have a reliable place to do laundry so close to home and appreciate the hard work the employees do everyday, I can only imagine the headaches they have to deal with day in and day out, yet they are still cool calm and collected.
