Many options to choose from. Fresh desserts and meats. A lot of great tea options, drinks, snacks, and pickled items. The cashier is so nice and helpful! Since I do not read Russian she is always helpful and gives me good recommendations.

I can't speak to the older reviews here, but I had a great experience at this Russian store. I really don't understand the bad service reviews, but honestly the service is awesome. The store istelf is like stepping back into the 80s USRR and it's quite interesting.

You feel as if you're entering an eastern European store when you enter here. A lot of your favorite brands, plus a cashier who speaks Russian. A bit pricier than your average shopping trip, but to be expected with imports.

My wife is Russian and she loves coming here - they have so much she remembers from home. I've traveled all over Russia/Ukraine and the Baltics and they have a great selection of treats I remember from visiting these places too. The lady that is always there (the owner I guess?) is always kind and happy to make suggestions or help us find what we are looking for, and she always has something to give to our little daughter too. Shops like this are one of the reasons I love Boston - we've tried a few Eastern European shops but this is by FAR the best with the widest selection, especially the meats and baked goods.

I've been shopping at Berezka for a few years now and it's slowly become one of my grocery mainstays. The small shop is filled with a bountiful selection of Eastern European food, from kielbasa and cookies to varenyky and halva. While a lot of the products are imported from Russia, Ukraine, or Brooklyn, there's a number of very affordable dishes that are locally made. While Berezka is a great location for groceries, it also has a number of East Slavic gifts, such as tea glasses, dresses, and lotions.Berezka is highly recommended for locals looking for specific Eastern European foods or just need to grab an onion on the way home.2020 Update: The shelves are a bit different due to sanctions and geopolitics, but I was able to find the Ukrainian cookies I like!

I called them first to find out if they have what I need. They did. But! A young lady asked what do I need it for and then recommended something different and more helpful. They didn't have it but I got all the information where I can get it. I'm so grateful!

Amazing shop. Really great to buy there. A lot of tasty Russian and not Russian food. I love Russian tea, ginger bread, polish pierogi and sausages❤️

A while ago, they stated that they can't pretend the war in Ukraine is not happening, hence no more Russian goods will be imported.Yesterday, I found ice cream made in Russia at this store. Moreover, the production date was April 2022, so this product has definitely been imported after the war started. They lost me as a client.

I have taken my wife who is a native to Russia s few times and what an experience for me as an American to learn and see her food from her upbringing. We love the store and take our daughter in to see and taste all they have to offer. Thank you so much for having us and we will be seeing you again soon.

It looks like it's in the middle of moving. Boxes everywhere, to me it is an extremely small selection of food not counting the deli. The deli is huge though! Very nice employee and cheap prices for what I did buy. In the back there is a bunch of Russian pottery and decoration, which was beautiful.
