Very professional, my vehicle was done in a timely manner, they updated me with information when a part was on back order. I had my front bumper, right fender repaired and also had a paint job done. my vehicle looks brand new again. highly recommend if you need any type of body work done. They did an excellent and thorough job fixing the bumper on my vehicle. I did not mind waiting considering the quality of service I received, and they also helped set up, arrange, and take care of returning the rental.They also did something completely unexpected and thoroughly appreciated...they completely cleaned and detailed my vehicle! Vermette’s did a fabulous job matching the paint. They replaced the panel seamlessly. It was a treat to find they had cleaned the interior , and Stephen was able to waive my insurance deductible which saved me a lot of time aggravation ! A professional crew!

I have never had to get my car repaired before. I had been in an accident and wasn’t sure where to even begin. Candy at Vermettes cslled the insurance company for me, and kept me updated everything step of the way which relieved SO much stress. When all was said and done, I picked up my car and they did a FULL detaining of the inside! It was beautiful. I would recommend to everyone ! Best customer service ! A mechanic referred me this shop claiming one of the best in the neighborhood. I had to wait more than one month to get an estimate. False promises and never ending excuses. They even did not bother to call me they are not capable of completing the job. Luckily a friend of my advised me to contact Balise Collision in Springfield and they handled all less than 1 hour.

Brought my Tesla Model Y here for a dented quarter panel and bumper. Steve's team did an amazing job fixing things to showroom quality and provided a free loaner. They even fixed a few factory defects in the paint near the damaged area. My vehicle looks better than when it was driven off the delivery lot.
